the worst. Customer service is terrible. There is never a supervisor available to receive your complaints. They treat you disrespectfully. The workers are in hygienic conditions, the workers have poor presentation and their uniforms are dirty. Bad customer service.The pick up area is the worst in the world. They serve you badly, yes. I respect. There is abuse of authority. Very slow people work. The supposed head of the area does not listen to your complaints. They treat you with prejudices, arrogance and without human quality. There is no respect for women. Mo listen to customers. They cancel pickups without any justification. The worst of the worse.

I have placed the exact same grocery order going on 4 times now today trying to do so from the morning until night. I have had my credit card charged for this order of $400.00 now 4 times and 4 times I have had to deal with the order takers and their substitutions texting my phone for hours on end and each and every time (4) times now right after it says my order is ready and they are delivering my order in 15 minutes, 5 minutes later I get a text saying that they have to cancel my order. They say they tried to deliver it and weren't able to. Then I have to call in to try and get my money back. They have now charged my card $1200.00 for and order that I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!!! The refund to my card may take up to 10 days to receive back! How incompetent and brain dead are the people in charge of this online grocery ordering situation that this has happened not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES IN THE SAME DAY!!!!!! DO BETTER WALMART THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH INCOMPETANCE!!!!!!!!

I am not a big fan of this Walmart store. It does have one redeeming quality however. The relatively new liquor store is clean, nice, well stocked and has great prices. So this is a good place to stock up on alcohol supplies.

I tried to call the store with a question and the phone rang for over three minutes with no answer and then it hung up on me without even as much as an automated voice to let me know.

So apologies WalMart but I'm accustomed to bad customer service here. I just expect it really. Today however was an exception. Glenna at the self check out area was so lovely. She SMILED! She greeted me. She ushered me over to the available register. She actually apologized for my wait (and I barely waited at all). She wished me a good afternoon. Simple stuff. Goes such a long way. Awesome job Glenna!

This woman at customer service was extremley unhelpful and just acted like she plain didnt want to help me out i had recieved an item as a gift and wasnt the right shade walmart.com clearly states returns in stores are okay and stipulates yes she told me it wasnt in store and she couldnt do anything about it which is completly opposite to what walmart.com said please do something about this

Management on registers need work on customer service with a few of their staff members. Wendy is rude to customers and has accused customers of stealing items she didn't scan. Ann is rude to her fellow employees in front of customers. That is not a good look for your company, by the way. Janetta who I assume is one of your managers, I have seen question an employee about their clock in time even though this particular employee has a legitimate health issue. Madhu who I'm assuming is another manager is demanding and degrading to employees. Y'all should place more value on respecting your employees. Seems toxic that you don't.

I would like to recognize Diane from the Outdoor section. My boyfriend and I wanted to renew our fishing license and this is the place we usually go to. Matter in fact, Diane helped us last year and it was nice to see her still there. She welcomed us immediately when we approached the counter. She worked up a nice conversation with us and made us laugh. This Walmart is so lucky to have her!

Worst grocery pick up set up I've ever used. Unless you don't mind being parked in line for over a half hour, then another half hour waiting in your numbered parking place. Only happens all the time though.

I'm not sure what happened to this store, but is is very dirty, disorganized and without product. There are skids of products lining all the main isle-ways. Once you are on one side of an isle it is almost impossible to cross over to a side isle. Almost all the refrigeration units are not working properly. We normally shop this store every week. However, until the condition is improved we will be forced to shop elsewhere. Also there are so many personal shoppers in the isles, it is almost in possible to do your own shopping.

This is the worst walmart in the country. It's very dirty. The people who fill the online orders are very rude and come get right in your way. They always have pallets scattered all over the grocery floors. Another problem is they don't price match anymore. Just go across the street to target.. so much better of a shopping experience
