Absolutely disgusting. We just stopped in there going home from a trip to grab snacks for the road and during the 10 minutes we were in there the cashier went to the bathroom and did not wash her hands and then had no problem touching everything and anything we had. The men’s bathroom had toothpaste and stuff on the sink like someone lived there?? Women’s was asp disgusting even though they had that check list or chart showing what times someone had cleaned the bathroom and it had just been cleaned a few minutes before? Don’t even stop here for a measly snack because these employees are disgusting.

Called to check on the status of my prescriptions that were sent in and they said they'd be ready in an hour for me to pickup. Then about an hour later I get a call saying the pharmacy manager called me earlier that morning regarding the issues he had about filling my prescriptions, I stated that that isn't possible bc my prescriptions weren't even sent over until about 2pm. I also explained that the pharmacy manager never called me. This guy stated the pharmacy manager already left for the day, but they were advised not to fill them bc it was the first time I was using that Walgreens and my doctor isn't local. I stated that that's bc I moved here two weeks ago and what does your doctor not being from around have to do with anything when most doctors due to telehealth? The guy studdered while he explained that the pharmacy manager is implementing this new policy that Walgreens put in place regarding all prescriptions for controlled substances must be local. I also asked if they wanted a copy of my lease showing I just moved here? He stated that that won't be necessary and that I can contact the pharmacy manager when he comes back on Thursday, which was two days away. I stated I will find a better pharmacy by then and that they were ridiculous. He didn't care and seemed like he had no idea what to say and that he was just told to say all of this to me. I hung up the phone and my doctor sent the prescriptions to CVS later that night. The CVS, also in Garden Street, had them ready the next day with no problems. Walgreens is just getting worse and worse and this pharmacy manager seem to make up their own rules when they want. I wish the Walgreens pharmacy would go bankrupt, because they are not in the business of helping their customers and always makes everything so difficult. I will NEVER use Walgreens pharmacy again after today and CVS will getting my business from here on out. Stay away from this location, the Walgreens on Barna Avenue filled another one of my controlled substances last week with none of these problems brought up like this location did. I had just moved here and the doctor for that prescription wasn't local at all, but that Walgreens filled it without hesitation. Like I said making up rules as they go. Sincerely, Disabled Veteran

We were in a huge bind and the pharmacist, Essam, and technician, Glory, were super helpful and went above and beyond for us! We will always remember their kindness!!

The store is a typical Walgreens except for the pharmacy. When there are staff on premises in the pharmacy, it works well. Multiple times the pharmacy has been closed either due to staffing or infractions. Otherwise, it serves it's purpose.

I very much like using the app to order instore pickups because the app helps me make sure that I receive any possible coupon or deal available for each item I list in my basket. It also not only tells me how much I have in rewards, but it also allows me to use the max amount possible based on the total price of all the items in my basket. Best of all, they're incredibly fast (30 mins is what they list as the min expected wait time for instore pickups). My store is amazing because they usually send me a text letting me know my order is ready in as little as 5 min after completing my checkout online for an instore pickup order

If there was a zero star option I would have selected it. Esam the Pharmacy Manager is condescending, rude, and not at all helpful.

Slowest and I mean THE SLOWEST drive thru in town. NO excuse for waiting over 15 MINUTES in line behind 1 vehicle.Lost count how many times we got partial orders.Over it.

PHARMACY: Since 2013, I have been coming to the Garden St Walgreens and have always been taken care of with the best of care. The Pharm mgr, Esam, is the best and has cared for me for almost 10 years now. The entire staff there are efficient and courteous. They have never let me down. In 2013, I transferred all my Rx's to this Walgreens after I had successive disastrous experiences at another local pharmacy. The manager here, Esam, personally accepted the transfer of ALL my Rx's and I never had a problem again. I was at my wits end, and then Esam at the Garden St Walgreens became my hero.LIQUOR STORE: Prices are good BUT ID is required EVEN IF just purchasing SODA!!

The male pharmacist is rude, disrespectful and talks down to customers. He acts like he is above it all and treats customers like second class citizens. I could not believe i witnessed such poor calus customer service.

I needed a non-prescription medical item for my husband who just had surgery; due to bad arthritis I was nervous about walking through the store. I went to the drive-through and the pharmacist found my item and took my payment with no trouble at all and almost no wait. I am so appreciative!!

Terrible customer service. It took 3 days for my eye drops and I had to call them or I probably would still be waiting. The technicians are pleasant but the pharmacist thinks he is above it all. I didn't agree with the price since I had just looked it up. No explanation, no apology, just a take it up with your insurance. I did and he had processed the 1 months supply as a two months supply, hence the double co-pay. I didn't go back to argue again. I don't need the stress before eye surgery. But I will never, ever set foot in that Walgreens again.
