Pharmacist at the drive thru window was extremely rude, I came to pick up 3 prescriptions and they only had one done, even though it’s been weeks.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I have been waiting for a script for 3 weeks now. Keeps saying there is a delay. Need Dr authorization. My dr's office has called 3 times. This is ridiculous. I have an appointment coming soon to see how I am doing on the med and I don't have it yet. It is for my Diabetes. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have been to in years. Probably changing pharmacies to something other than Walgreens.

I called this pharmacy and I couldn't communicate with them because they don't speak Spanish and I couldn't get someone to help me and speak in Spanish.

Just switched to this Walgreens because the one on US 1 in Mims is terrible. Mark and Carl in the pharmacy has always been super polite with me despite having to deal with rude old folks. I'm much more satisfied.
Despite this, the Pharmacist here, Sam isnt too great. He's rude and doesn't bother to explain things.

I am not sure why I keep giving Walgreens the benefit of my doubt. Maybe I do. There are a few really good people there. They act like they care and will go out of their way to resolve a problem. I just don't understand why so many problems.

This is a calm and local store. The people that work there live here. Allowing the pharmacy to text you when Rx is ready saves on confusion. Notifications include receipt of Rx, estimated time, and notification of completion. There's been hiccups (what the website says is there), but nothing to be held in malice. Product selections are definitely good enough to hold you over until you're well enough to navigate Publix at 5pm, or help gear you up for the beach. M.O.

Worse Walgreens and customer service I have ever seen. Standing in line and the pharmacist literally chased the staff out to close for their break at exactly 1:30... no exceptions. This was ridiculous. What would have taken them 3 minutes to serve us, now we have to venture back out with a sick toddler to get her meds after 2 pm. Just absurd.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy. Used to be good before 2021 but has since tanked. Always out of prescriptions, always delays, even cancelling orders that usually get filled. I’m literally never going to Walgreens pharmacies ever again I hate them this is the last straw. If you want a headache go ahead and deal with them. Oh yeah and let’s not forget when y’all took my insurance card and never gave it back

Absolutely disgusting. We just stopped in there going home from a trip to grab snacks for the road and during the 10 minutes we were in there the cashier went to the bathroom and did not wash her hands and then had no problem touching everything and anything we had. The men’s bathroom had toothpaste and stuff on the sink like someone lived there?? Women’s was asp disgusting even though they had that check list or chart showing what times someone had cleaned the bathroom and it had just been cleaned a few minutes before? Don’t even stop here for a measly snack because these employees are disgusting.

Called to check on the status of my prescriptions that were sent in and they said they'd be ready in an hour for me to pickup. Then about an hour later I get a call saying the pharmacy manager called me earlier that morning regarding the issues he had about filling my prescriptions, I stated that that isn't possible bc my prescriptions weren't even sent over until about 2pm. I also explained that the pharmacy manager never called me. This guy stated the pharmacy manager already left for the day, but they were advised not to fill them bc it was the first time I was using that Walgreens and my doctor isn't local. I stated that that's bc I moved here two weeks ago and what does your doctor not being from around have to do with anything when most doctors due to telehealth? The guy studdered while he explained that the pharmacy manager is implementing this new policy that Walgreens put in place regarding all prescriptions for controlled substances must be local. I also asked if they wanted a copy of my lease showing I just moved here? He stated that that won't be necessary and that I can contact the pharmacy manager when he comes back on Thursday, which was two days away. I stated I will find a better pharmacy by then and that they were ridiculous. He didn't care and seemed like he had no idea what to say and that he was just told to say all of this to me. I hung up the phone and my doctor sent the prescriptions to CVS later that night. The CVS, also in Garden Street, had them ready the next day with no problems. Walgreens is just getting worse and worse and this pharmacy manager seem to make up their own rules when they want. I wish the Walgreens pharmacy would go bankrupt, because they are not in the business of helping their customers and always makes everything so difficult. I will NEVER use Walgreens pharmacy again after today and CVS will getting my business from here on out. Stay away from this location, the Walgreens on Barna Avenue filled another one of my controlled substances last week with none of these problems brought up like this location did. I had just moved here and the doctor for that prescription wasn't local at all, but that Walgreens filled it without hesitation. Like I said making up rules as they go. Sincerely, Disabled Veteran
