I needed help on scanning photos. Told to figure it out. The photo the scanner showed looked great. But when picking them up not what i ordered. I still had to buy them. I asked for help and the cashier said the help left. So i went to purchase other items and she began yelling at me for walking away. Why would i stay when the person that can help left. Thank you Walgreens for ruining photos for my parents funeral a long time customer of yours. I pray you hire nicer and more helpful employees. This store used to be ok. Not now.

I needed a non-prescription medical item for my husband who just had surgery; due to bad arthritis I was nervous about walking through the store. I went to the drive-through and the pharmacist found my item and took my payment with no trouble at all and almost no wait. I am so appreciative!!

I witnessed the most disturbing thing at this Store less than 30 minutes ago. A young lady came to the checkout with a toddler in tow. She was trying to purchase Dermaplast and Tucks. Wow, how I remember the relief those two items provided after giving birth. Seriously, you corporate rule makers should experience that pain just once! The pharmacy will get inferior bargin generics and pass them off to the customer. They will refuse to order what they have provided you in the past. They do the old switch a roo on you and hope you dont notice. When confronted they tell you to buy the name brand at a 600% increase to your co pay. They are no different than the EpiPen guy who raised the price of his medication to make some quick money.

Always very helpful with my photos. Am able to take photos in and scan them to edit, use the app (which is my usual way), or connect phone to the machine. I love the fact I can send photos from my Facebook as well. Overall I've never had a problem. They always have special coupons available on their app for photos, or if I'm in store there are offers in their weekly fliers that save me a lot of money on my pictures.
