Called then and ask for the call back feature and not lose my place. That was over 24 hours ago still locally back.

The Verizon Wireless store provided excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff who patiently guided me through my options. The store had a wide selection and accessories, making it easy to find everything I needed in one place. Overall, satisfying experience for all my cellular needs.
