This is the second time Within a week of them losing anouther package of mine i have talked to the supervisors there and I'm just like this is ridiculous and obviously they just don't care an its crazy people im a ebay seller an this takes money and time out of my pocket on things like this and it gives me bad reviews on ebay! They really need to work harder and start caring about how they ship there packages i understand they deal with alot but come on second package within a week man an they supervizor wouldnt even help me with shipping on the 1st issue and then come to find out my customer ended up getting two orders one free an one he paid for all due to them losin my package they ended up finding i asked hey can you stop it and ship it back here but the supervisor said you could do it online and it's around $25-$35 to do that but it's like crazy. It's not even my fault and they couldn't even help me out or waive any kind of cost.

Deserves 0 stars. Drop box constantly full.. machine always down. Used to have 3 offices in town.. cut down to 1 so it's always busy and chaos. For a town of 50k people it's pathetic. If you love to stand in line or have to come back often to check the drop box after hours, this is the place for you!

Every time I have come to this post office since moving to Titusville in 2018, the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I think they are understaffed for being the only PO in town. There is always a long line but they do their very best to get you out as quickly as possible. Now with this mercury spill, they are working extra hard to try to get mail and packages to those affected. I'm glad no one was hurt by it and I appreciate their efforts! I hope they can hire more staff to help out when it's busy in the future.

USPS lost my package after a mercury spill closed this location. How pathetic. The tracking is worless. Can't talk to a real person. USPS is horrible and should be abolished. There's zero incentive to provide quality service becuase it's the govenment and nobody cares.

Can’t talk to no one, online services are a waste of time and half don’t work, they lost my package and now it’s my job to spend hours trying to retrieve it after paying these dumb dumbs my $$ to provide a terrible service. Government needs to stop running businesses, they suck at it and the taxpayer is stuck with all the cost and waste, usps millions in debt, let’s privatize usps and make it work much better!

I send off packages from here.And got it home.Cause my father passed and lefted me stuff so I sent alot home.This is how I received my stuff alot cost me $75 to $90 to send stuff broken ? missing.Cant get intouch with anyone to help at all.Got on line to file a claim no one calls back or e mails back.Never again will I send anything but mail.I am so hurt cause alot of my father stuff is gone.?????I am so pissed

Really sad that honesty & good management are a thing of the past. I’m not one to complain, am there often & always go w/ the flow, never causing any trouble. But felt compelled to leave a rating bc of the dishonest management, flat out lie (Chris was his name)..

Went today to mail a package to the West Coast. Line was short. Carlos assisted me. He was friendly and professional. Great employee! Hope he gets a Christmas bonus.
