Had a rough experience at another dealership in Melbourne and almost went to Orlando. Parks in Titusville had the SUV the wife and I were interested in so we took the chance.

I have to say it was a nice experience, except for the fact it was a rental vehicle. Not sure I would have purchased had I have known. Dylan was a complete professional, even showing care to my previous experience. There was NO back and fourth they made an offer, I countered and then a fair offer was presented. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Fresh wash and a full tank of gas.

Not sure about the Service Department as I have only had the vehicle a week. I will however need to have service on the Lane Assist (it is saying service required).

For example, looking for a cord so my son could listen to music, through his phone, in the car. We had concerns about the car and was offered a 60 day warranty on engine and transmission.
