Stylist Shaelyn J is awesome. I have been going with her for a while. Shes does root touch up, balayage, highlights & haircut on me. Always love how it comes out. I would definitely give her more than 5 star. The prices are reasonable and much better than if you would go to a small business salon.

I would like to share my story on here. It’s a long one so be ready .
Last Friday I had gotten my hair done by a hair stylist there, named Shayne (not to be mixed up with the absolutely amazing Shay who works there!) Shayne, did my hair and the entire appointment I felt unheard, like I was an inconvenience, and that she didn’t really want to be there. My hair was three shades of wrong, and the whole appointment was rough. I ended up leaving, and going home. After one wash, the color faded and I realized she missed a few spots so I called up to Ulta . The first person I spoke with was Sabrina the Sales manager (she was SO amazing, kind and friendly) She had Shayne reach out to me and Shayne acted as though she was being heavily inconvenienced and that she didn’t want to do it. Verbatim I had said “I’ll take a refund because it seems as thought you don’t want to fix it (this is after back and forth with six phone calls of her saying “I’ll call you back” ) After about an hour of trying to get her to fix my hair she said she’d schedule me with Shaylynn .
Flash forward to today :
I come into the Salon and instantly am greeted with Sabrina, and Shaylynn. Both of them were absolutely amazing and helpful . Shaylynn fixed my hair, explained everything and was absolutely amazing. At first I was going to start finding a new place to go but Sabrina and Shaylynn changed my mind! I will definitely be booking with Shaylynn again. I feel so confident and happy and my hair looks amazing. Thank you shaylynn and Sabrina so much !
To those who are looking for a new stylist Shaylynn has my vote! She’s so talented, and amazing! Thank you Shaylynn and Sabrina!

I received a cut and color yesterday from Shae and she did an amazing job. There was a lot to fix from a cut I received before from another stylist there. I will always book with Shae from know on. Thanks Shae

I had my hair cut and colored by shay and it looks amazing! She asked what I wanted and then suggested what she thought would work best without making me feel like I wasn't getting what I wanted. I will absolutely be going back.

Today was my third time getting my haircut with Rebecca, and she always does such a fabulous job! She is super friendly, and always spends extra time and care styling my hair after she cuts it! She also somehow manages to make my hair look better than the reference photos! I will continue to get my haircut by her :)

Once again Shae at Ulta beauty gets me right.Shes always able to see my vision no matter how specific I get with it. Never misses a detail. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and I couldn’t imagine another way. I trust her and that’s not always easy. She’s good at what she does!

Worst haircut I ever had! Save your hair and your money. Do not get your haircut here. The lady dragged the scissors down my hair. That’s not what I called. Weird. It is very short on one side and now I have to wait until it grows out to get it fixed.

My first experience using Ulta beauty was a color correction for my teenagers botched previous correction attempt by another salon. It was very traumatic but Shae at Ulta turned things around for us dramatically. Not only did she fix her hair from disaster to loving it, but she genuinely cared about my teens feelings about it all. Mine too. Legit made us feel like family. Shae at Ulta has all our trust and gratitude.
