Had uBreakiFix upgrade my laptop RAM and Solid State Memory including Cloning so I would not lose any data or apps. Service was reasonably priced and performed in a timely manner. Laptop is working Fantastic. Thanks uBreakiFix.

Took an iPad in for a charging issue. They told me what was wrong with it and explained why it couldn't be fixed cost effectively. Did a great job explaining and were very nice. While I wasn't able to have them do any repairs, their honesty and great customer service shows me it would be a good choice to take future repairs to.

I called to ask about getting the glass on my iPad 8th gen replaced. I was quoted $169.99 +tax. I took it in and the young man again quoted $169.99. I also asked about tempered glass for the new screen. He said it was $39.99. I could have gotten it much cheaper on Amazon but, I have a hard time installing them. He said it would take 4-6 hours. I left it about noon. They called at 4. When I picked it up, they tried charging 199.99 and 49.99 for the screen and cover. I said I was quoted $169.99 and $39.99. He did happily change it to reflect those prices but, had I not said anything, I would have been overcharged by $40. They did a great job in a timely manner and were very polite. Just be sure to check the bill at the end to be sure the charges are as quoted.

Adam and I believe Chris where very helpful. The phone was done quickly. My only complaint is the 3.5% fee to use a credit card.

Update went to take in my phone for screen replacement didn't want to give passcode they told me they couldn't do it without access cause they have to do diagnostics with it. They also threatened they could confiscate my pixel phone per Google contact for ToS violation because I run grapheneOS. Mind you this is for a device I paid for outright that was legally unlocked when I bought it.
I asked if they could do repair without password and then when I got back in I could unlock and watch them while it was unlocked to ensure my data was safe and they told me they couldn't cause some bs about Google contact doesn't allow for anyone else to see that device or how it works. Seems sketchy to ever take a device in with data on it cause they or Google could do whatever with your data and you would never know...
so I walked out took device home backed up wiped and put stock Google back on it then returned with it factory reset and without a password.
Here comes the fun part.. an hour after I left they called to let me know they were having trouble getting the invoice with asurion/insurance to go through. I was sent there by insurance and it already setup.. I asked if that is normal he said no it's never happened before. Then couldn't give me an estimate and claimed id have to wait till Monday cause if I picked up my phone before close he'd have to mark as unrepairable and he cautioned he didn't know what that would do if I came back later go get repair fixed.
So my phone was held hostage. Thankfully I already had backup phone but super sketchy and almost feels vindictive on their part cause I wouldn't let them creep on my data.
