I had a good experience here. I just wanted the least expensive wash and stay. The guy at the pay station assisted me.
The other guys at the entrance to the car wash quickly pre-washed my windshield and back window, etc. The car wash itself did a good job washing and drying my car. Then I used the free vacuums. Great suction, long hoses, and more than enough vacuums even if they were very busy. I paid $10. I'll be back. Thank you.

When we are in Florida we have always been happy with this car wash. My husband forgot to end the service when we left in May and we have been charged each month. We have tried to reach the company by telephone and have never been able to get through. I sent an email regarding cancelling on their website, but we still keep getting charged. The next step is to deal through the credit card, which is a shame since we like the place.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Fernando and Lorenzo at To Shelf Car Wash in Titusville. Lorenzo answered all my questions, and addressed any concern I had. I not only bought an annual membership, but I told him I’d be back the next day with my mother’s car. Today I got a membership for mom. Fernando was a huge help to me. I put my floor mat in the cleaning machine wrong, and it got stuck. Fernando not only assisted me with a huge smile on his face, but he used the car vac to get my floor mat clean. I as m so happy with the professionalism, and the hard work of all the staff. I’d recommend this to anyone!

Extremely disappointed! Had to go home and re wash myself. Vacuum didn't work..had to pull to another one. Used to supply towels and window cleaner...they stopped that apparently. Will never go back!

Don't do business with this car wash. Never get the unlimited car wash unless you are sure you will be available to cancel the service in person. They will not answer their phone and the voice mail is not set up. I have attempted to call 15 times on different days and times with the same result to cancel the service. I sent a contact note on their website and it said we will get back to you shortly but it didn't happen.
As you will see this has happened to many customers if you look at the negative reviews.

Got the monthly plan for the car wash, but can't contact the company to cancel the service. Had to call my bank and dispute the transactions. Tried calling them for months, and sent them email inquiries with no response. They do not have a voicemail so can't leave a message, and they never answer their phone.

Just rode through top shelf and have a monthly service plan. My truck has started to look worse and worse every time. If that is what you call clean WOW.

Don’t bring your car here. Out dated equipment and caused my car to get the base of my atena & roof scratched … manager Fernando Neme was aware of this issue didn’t have the audacity to call back . You must go during HIS WORKING hours because a phone call is too difficult to do. Forgets others work as well.. super bad leadership skills . Asked for a refund or insurance policy and ignored .
