I would just like to say that Titusville assisted living facility has been there for my mother Marlene Neff I am her daughter and the staff there communicate very well with me.i can't say enough about the CNAs Queen TT shy sue and the other girls.Paul and Paige are the best and provid good medical for the residents there . Alsothe housekeeping is awesome Michelle and all the other girls keep my mother's apartment sparkling. The laundry ladies fold and do my mother's laundry with lots of love. The activities director and Sarah Cheryl Cindy have been so friendl.tammy .Claudia bethanne Cindy Cheryl and Sara,RoShonda are great people. They even offer transportation.all the dining workers cooks chefs waitress see to it that no one goes hungry there. Also even down to the maintenance workers and even the pesticide terminators are just awesome men that work very hard there. They have done some improvements on the inside and the outside so it's a great view and atmosphere. My brother shawn is impressed with the professionalism they even offer church services from a local pastor there on Sunday. They have entertainment and on certain holidays they have special things going on and I just want to uplift everyone there for all that they do. And I don't want to leave out anyone so I'm impressed completely what's everyone that has ever worked there or I'm going to work there thanks Titusville towers

This place is amazing, staff is great and caring to my grandmother. The food is outstanding, changes in the menu occur frequently. When you walk in, you can see the smiles on the residents faces, having fun during activities. Apartments overlook the Indian River, what a view, AMAZING.

Rude staff member named "T". Disrespectful towards guests. We were helping my grandma move in and we were making multiple trips on the elevator moving boxes. We were getting off the elevator and she was trying to get on. We had a dolly and a wheelchair full of heavy boxes we were trying to move off of the elevator. T's statement was "They need to hurry the hell up at this point". Another time we were trying to get on the elevator, she walked right in front of us so we couldn't get on first. She was very hostile and aggressive like she wanted to fight. Very unprofessional, and she wasn't even a nurse. Maybe that's why she was so mad? Not sure but very rude staff member. Doesn't deserve a job, who knows what she does to the residents. All the other staff was nice and helpful and the view is beautiful perfect launchpad view.

NOT A GREAT PLACE BUT A MINIMAL CARE FACILITY. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS HEALTH AND WELFARE. THEY NEED MORE ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES AND ACTIVITIES TO HELP RESIDENTS STAY BOTH HEALTHY AND INDEPENDENT. FEW ACTIVITIES EXIST AND LITTLE CARE IS GIVEN. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND REASONABLE QUARTERS THOUGH.

A friend of mine is resident in this ALS. The building, going on 60 years old, is owned by HUD and managed by the city of Titusville. It has a sister building built in the the historic Eau Gallie district of Melbourne some 45 miles to the south. "Ramshur Towers" serves much the same function of ALS for senior residents and both properties opened within 6 months of the other. Both overlook the Intracoastal Waterway, the views of which other properties command near $1,ooo,ooo.ooTitusville Towers enjoys a front row view of space launches from the living room couch ?. 24 hour nursing and meals inclusive with rent make this a little oasis that allow residents to stay on property. An in-house recreation director and transportation service to doctors and quality of life activities give the property a very very long waiting list for the next available opening.12th floor views area amazing!

I recently went to visit my grandmother at Titusville Towers. What I found was a toilet clogged with feces that had overflowed, roaches on the floor, no lightbulb in the bedroom and worst of all, my grandmother, who is afflicted with alzheimer's, has an infected rash going from the side of her stomach down her inner leg to her vagina. This was nothing that was being treated, even though a CNA was supposed to be helped her shower every day. there is no way they could have missed this. when my mother and i confronted the CNAs on duty about the condition of her apartment and this rash we were told we were personally attacking them and they locked themselves in the office downstairs where i heard them laughing and telling another employee about what had happened when i went to go check on whether they were coming back to help nearly 20 minutes after they disappeared. I knocked on the door, told them i could hear them through the door, but didn't receive a response. my mother was also phoning the same office they had locked themselves in and asking they at least come back up with nighttime underpants for my grandmother, which were missing from her apartment. I honestly hope Mr. Lambert takes this situation seriously and changes these very serious issues.
