Horrible customer service. For reasons unknown to me, I am unable to place an online order or use the app for an item that is only available at the Titusville store. I went to my local store for assistance, but they couldn't help me place the order either. They recommended that I contact the Titusville store first to confirm if the item I'm interested in is actually in stock and if they could hold it for me, as I live 45 minutes to an hour away. I didn't want to drive all the way there, only to find out they didn't have the item.
I spent an hour trying to call this store to get this information, and I attempted to reach different departments, especially the customer service desk. Unfortunately, they kept hanging up on me or letting it ring without answering.

I loved shopping here but unfortunately I will no longer shop here because they have announced they will roll back their DEI initiatives. I cannot support a company that does not support its customers.

Can't tell you if an item is in stock or not.
Employees are not any smarter. They can't either.

I have been attempting to speak to customer service for over a half hour. I then tried several other departments and each time the phone continues to ring and eventually Target just drops the call. I tried to locate a mode of texting, none seems to exist. I just want to check lost and found for my lost prescription sunglasses before I run up there. Not good business. Sheesh!?

Great store nice and clean and well stocked. Some of the staff not to friendly but I can tell they wasn't locals. The other staff I seen was friendly and attentive. This is so much better then Walmart. I always visit this store when I near it. The restrooms are very clean also keep it up.

We had to do a return on an expensive coffee maker. We found a better one but upon checkout, Selena was SUPER informative and got us discounts by walking us through the app and assisted with website price matching. Over all wonderful woman! ? Give that woman a raise!

Five stars for Seth who was working in appliances today and went above and beyond the call of duty to serve us!

The best Target store. With 3 nearby I ALWAYS go to the Titusville. Everyone is so kind and sweet.
