Wife went in for oil change for her old car. Tag suggests it was time. Great team told her not to bother (only drove 200 miles since last change). They could have taken her for a bunch of cash but were honest and saved us a bunch of money. Cheers!

I am terrible with namesBut the guy that helped us was very professional and courteous. He even offered us a bottle of cold water! I think his name was Antoine or something similar. I apologize for not giving the correct name but you should go!

Showed up early on a Saturday morning and was taken care extremely well. Both gentlemen working there were super friendly and professional and not only looked at and changed my oil, but they topped off my wiper fluid, took a look at the air filter, and checked the wipers as well. I was in and out in 30-minutes, super easy and a job well done.

On 9/26 at the Melbourne Fl/Hwy 192 location I had an oil change, Subsequently upon starting my car the next day, noticed oil leaking on my garage floor, it had never leaked before, I waited several days to see if it would stop, perhaps some residual from the change, did not stop. Saturday morning I go to the franchise and explain what is happening. They checked and acknowledged that both the plug and filter were leaking but they were tight and suggested perhaps the oil pan gasket might be leaking (immediately following the oil change??), now having been an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force for 20+ years I highly doubt that something catastrophic of this nature would occur on its own following a procedure that required both the plug and filter be removed and then reinserted (cross threaded? gasket issues on both??), she then suggested I seek out a mechanic to solve the issue. I explained (2nd time) that the vehicle had never leaked before, and started the day following the oil change, again they didn't accept responsibility. I questioned how this could be my responsibility and the young lady talking to me just continued talking, telling me to seek out a mechanic (3rd time), denies responsibility, at which point I could see this was not going anywhere so I asked to be "topped off" and would leave at which point she said to me "if you don't stop talking to me rudely I won't top you off", I was flabbergasted at her response, now...I'm intelligent enough to know when I have lost an argument, I did not raise my voice, I did not speak out of character, I did not use profanity, in fact I felt that she spoke to me rudely and dismissed what I was saying and that this was merely a ploy to not accept responsibility. Very poor response.

I have been here before and am happy with the service however, the last few times we stopped in they claim they are low on oil and we must come back Monday or Tuesday. Sounds to me like young men don't want to work on Saturdays. Gonna find a new place.

They never have myOil filter. But if i just bring it they discount the oil change and im usuallyOut in 15 mins. Deff a good spot and the guys are so nice!

Excellent, the customer service and knowledge was surprisingly outstanding. I have a BMW and had my oil change at the dealer for years. But since we moved to Florida I decided to go it a try. By far great service, quick and thoroughly done. Definitely recommend them!Service: Oil change

I was in Titusville Florida a couple weeks ago and was about to drive 800 miles so I needed the oil changed in my wife’s SUV, I went to a couple places right at 7 am and they sent me away “no appointment” . I tried Strickland Brothers beside of Lowes and right when I pulled in, before they opened, I was greeted by one of the SB associates and he had me pull on in the garage. The guys there were very detailed and welcoming, I had 3 guys working on my vehicle checking everything showing me fluid levels and what products they were using. I am an Air Force Vehicle Mechanic and they offered me a very generous 25% off which I am very impressed with, I was even given an ice cold bottled water before I pulled out. Usually I change my own oil but anytime I’m out of town or unable to get to it I will most definitely use Strickland Brothers, these guys in Titusville are very professional and I will only go to their shop when I’m in town.
