I'm sorry that I didn't get his name, but the Amazing associate that helped me, who came from the Tech side to help me, was Outstanding! I told him I wanted to buy a (Vortex) gaming chair in a box, (BTW, love the chair!) and wanted to see about getting a cart for the box, and he was off and running to help me! He loaded the box on the cart, checked my purchase out at the register, brought it out to my car, and put it in my car, which wasn't easy! (Big box, small Mustang!). I so appreciate that kindness and thoughtfulness!! I've bought a few executive chairs from Staples (had them delivered), but I will definitely be back to Staples for anything I need that they offer. Exemplary customer service is rare these days, and needs to be appreciated and applauded!!

?Office Supplies + Amazon Return Location?
Staples is an automatic go-to when it comes to office and school supplies. They have everything from technology to stationery.
This Staples is also an Amazon shipment return location, where they'll package and return certain Amazon orders for free. It's very convenient--and because of this, the return line can occasionally get a bit backed-up (especially on weekends). However, the staff are friendly and helpful, providing service as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
In general, the floor layout is spacious and easy to navigate. A staff member is never far from eye-shot, making it easy to get any help you happen to need.

I dropped off a computer to fixed at Staples. I was told they wouldn't get to it for 4 or 5 days. It took a week until they did. They told me it would cost $40 to diagnose the problem. I had to call to find out that it was diagnosed as Staples didn't call me as they said I would. I then came there in person for them to explain what they would need to do. He told me it was $200 to diagnose the problem, which is not what I was told. I was told $40. Therefore by that time if I took it home as is it would have cost me a couple hundred bucks, which isn't right. I was told it would be another $129.99 to put Windows 10 and 11 back on the computer, which is all that was needed to be done and to add my files back on the computer. I was told it would be done later that day or the next day. It took 3 days and had to call again to find out that it was done.
Staples then charged $500 or they wouldn't give me back my computer. That's the cost of a brand new computer that is better than the one I dropped off. They added McAfee without even getting my permission. They said that was $22 to put on. They stole my power cord that I left with the computer.
When I got home I couldn't get McAfee off my computer and my virus program back on it. Back to Staples went the computer and he refused to refund the $22 and claimed he completely got McAfee off and showed that the files were on my computer, but they were on One Drive where I had backed them up. He didn't put them there. He lied. I came home and started my computer up and within 5 minutes I had a McAfee popup. I then went on a website and McAfee was scanning. So he still did not fully get McAfee off my computer, which is one of the worst virus scanning programs out there.
Corporate lied claiming my parents came in to check on the computer and said do anything you need to do to it. My parents only came in to pick up the computer, nothing more. I was the one who came in with my mother to check on the computer and find out what had to be done and how much it would cost. Staples owes me $170.
I will never shop at Staples again and I suggest you don't either. They are a fraud company and they do not go by no hidden fees and customer satisfaction guaranteed as they claim they do.
No Staples you don't regret it or you would make it right! You don't even go by your own policies. I'll be writing a letter to the CEO, John Lederer.

I recently got my save the dates and And mailing address stickers made here and I just have to say I am so grateful I went. Danielle was beyond helpful in the Print department and truly helped me print everything I needed exactly how I wanted them! When I picked up them last night, they were perfect, and the gentleman who gave them to me was so nice and helpful as well! Great job, Print department!

Sierra in the print/copy center was extremely busy, multi-tasking a large print, helping customers and fixing a machine. All this and she was still able to give me AMAZING customer service. Two thumbs up Sierra!Oh and an FYI to everyone doing Amazon returns, they are now being done at the front of Staples at their Customer Service Desk, but UPS drop offs are still at the Print/Copy Center. Hope this helps!
