I'm happy with the service so far. But when they hook the phones up, they threw the old SIM card away. Some of my contacts didn't transfer to my new phone and they were saved on the SIM and now I can't get them back. If you have anything saved to your old SIM card, make sure you request them back other than that I'm happy.

I don’t understand y’all sell people internet and say oh you get a free line for a year and btw I didn’t want the line and dude said I had to get it now I’m a pregnant teen with no way to call my doctor because nobody notified me about if you stop the internet your phone would be cut off this is why I should of stayed with who I was with I will never use spectrum again!.

My modem and router took a poop on me this morning and won't reboot up so I called and spoke to a customer service representative and was directed to the spectrum store for equipment exchange , maybe this is going to be a good day after all.They were very helpful and I like it that I can go exchange the equipment out. And continue my service. It's been good so far a year now with Spectrum. Just a lil price hike that's all I can say about their service it does go up after your deal expires and you've been there a year . So that's a punch in the gut. There is a 25.00 increase on my wifi internet cost. Very big Increase.but it's good service can't complain about that part.

Heard bad things about them, I'm afraid to get home internet from them... I don't want to get talked into anything more than their 49.99 deal for home internet only...

DK (Donna) is absolutely amazing ! I am a new spectrum customers and DK has been very patient, understanding and explained everything regarding my new setup in ways I can understand being a Senior it’s usually difficult for me to make changes but with her help I’m now saving money !!
