I told him I wanted to buy a (Vortex) gaming chair in a box, (BTW, love the chair!) and wanted to see about getting a cart for the box, and he was off and running to help me! He loaded the box on the cart, checked my purchase out at the register, brought it out to my car, and put it in my car, which wasn't easy! (Big box, small Mustang!). I so appreciate that kindness and thoughtfulness!! I've bought a few executive chairs from Staples (had them delivered), but I will definitely be back to Staples for anything I need that they offer. Exemplary customer service is rare these days, and needs to be appreciated and applauded!!”
