Illegal bathroom practices which need to be reported to the local building department and health department. I think I will be taking my concerns to the proper administrative authorities. I have a list of infractions. This has opened my eyes to SHELL and their price bait and switch. The other gas stations don't have a $.10 cash vs credit scam going. Dunkin donuts should take this owners franchise away... permanently. Review after review of angry customers shows that they are only interested in our American dollar and not part of a thriving community.

There's no mention of a cash versus credit pricing on their sign but the machines charge you 10 cents more at the pump, with no notice to the consumer. Bad business practice

Trash. Terrible bathrooms. Couldn't even use it was so gross and no TP. went to neighboring gas station which wasn't much better. Don't stop at this exit 0/10

Stopped to buy gas & use the washroom & buy some snacks. The worker was standing in front of the door blocking me from going in. He asked if I was going to use the washroom & then told me they don’t have one. As I can see from these reviews of how dirty they are that is clearly not true. Very weird & uncomfortable that he was standing outside. We were already buying gas, but I did not go in to spend any more money. Don’t recommend.

Throughout the state of Florida, the restrooms are always closed at any gas station.

One dirty bathroom with a line...one employee bathroom not even being used..sad...le' boy standing about to use it on himself...not large selection on quick grab & go snacks

I stopped in to get gas driving my hearse with a loveone in my care i had been driving for hours on the interstate in really bad rain storm. I filled the hearse 68.00 , and went inside to use bath room quick , to get a pepsi , and i was told batroom was closed by a rude man behide counter as my business we do have to stop we are human, but we try to make it quick when we have a loveone in our care, this place is bad i will never stop in again & i am going to call Shell tomorrow myself 800 number.

Stopped to get gas - probably the most expensive and slowest pumps.They wouldn't let us use the restroom - we we were getting gas and the store was open (9.30 pm)I went back out -stopped the pump ( it didn't get to more then 8 gallons- really slow) and went down the road to another gas station.
