Negative stars should be an option. My fiance got gas 1/11/24, really it was just water. He wasn't even able to get back on Garden Street before his motorcycle shut off. The gas he got from this store was more than 90% water and hydrolocked his motor. Upon notifying the store from the side of the road, as soon as it happened, he was hung up on. An attempt to inform the store happened again at the end of his work day and they were very nonchalant. Today they were given another notice and another gas sample to show the water in the gas and they brushed it off. It wasnt until he started telling the people outside actively pumping gas about the water in it, did the pumps get shut off. This should be taken very seriously. Hydrolocking a motor is not only expensive but can put people in dangerous situations, no mayterwhat they drive. Imagine being on the highway and your vehicle just shuts off. No power steering, and abruptly coming to a stop. People are going to hit you. This is not ok. Would not recommend stopping here.

So I went to the station to get gas and use the bathroom like I do every morning around 6 am. After using the bathroom, I go back outside to pay at the pump. The lady there follows me out tells me that I need to make sure I flush the toilet till it's clear because it has been clogged and apparently, there was still a little toilet paper in it after I left yesterday. First off, their plumbing isn't that great. So I flushed twice to make sure it was as clear as possible. I'm not just gonna stand there and keep flushing and flushing when it's not gonna go down because they're plumbing sucks. Second, I worked at Circle K, which is a similar convenience store for 3 years. You never just follow a customer outside and make a comment like that by singling them out. You do not do that. Instead, you hang a sign on the bathroom door to let all customers know. Because it's not just one customer's fault just because it seems to happen right after you check the bathroom after 1 customer just left when it comes to stuff like this. Third, the store's open 24 hours, so it could have been stopped up by someone. Earlier in the day before, I even got there. I just happened to be the last one to use the toilet when the lady checked it. Well, I will be going to a different gas station from now on because I don't feel like being singled out by somebody who doesn't know how to do her job properly and understand you don't single customers out And I hope to manager of that store or someone tells the manager to read this review and tell that lady that was working there this morning around 6 AM that she needs to understand she can't single out customers like that. The lady there obviously needs to relearn proper manners.

Bought a drink that didn't have the price posted in the fridge thinking it was like 2$(it was 4$; tiny little thing) and also got charged 1$ for just ice. The clerk didn't even provide the receipt(didn't even ask).

Staff member really nice, gave excellent directions to where I was going, much better than people who work at the particular location I was looking for based on their directions. Fabulous!

Charging more for credit card purchases just like station across street without putting it on sign. I have several business and we absorb credit card fees to keep our customers happy and coming back. With all the extra charges you could at least keep paper towels at the pumps especially during covid. No paper towels and charging extra for credit = 1 star will buy has elsewhere!

This station charges way more for gas and products in the store than the bp across the street. This indian owner is very rude and is price gouging especially when the bp across the street is closed. If you are smart you will skip this station and go across the street. Very bad business man. I asked him why each of my drinks were a dollar more than each drink costs across the street and he yelled at me saying if you don't want it then leave. I am never going there again!!!
