This place lost my business because I have a virtual credit card and they don’t accept Apple Pay at the pump. Get with the modern times here in upgrade your system. Until you do, I will not be a customer.

The man who works at night insulted my appearance unprompted. I came in to get gas and instead was insulted for no reason. This is the closest gas station to my home but I will never be going back. Not only this, their gas pumps charged me more than what I put in my tank before so I do not recommend chancing it. Absolutely terrible customer service and just so rude.

Used to get gas for our dealership cars here 2-3 times a day, NO LONGER!! We have 150 cars, all my coworkers have been warned not to go here.

Don't pay too much for gas and have a bad attitude The boss has a bad attitude The staff is still good but if you meet this boss it will be a very bad experience

Just got booted from there for stopping by for couple minutes, but not buying gas. Even though I've filled up there many times before! While I do recognize that the owner was within his right, there was no need for that - the station was totally empty! I'm sorry, my friend, if nobody buys gas from you, it's definitely not my fault. From now on neither will I.

Very upsetting service and display of a little courtesy. My 18 daughter vehicle overheated at 11pm. The man working told her and talked to her about it. We go today to pick up and they had it towed! Didn't even sit in their parking lot for 13 hours. BTW SHES GRADUATES TODAY SO THIS TOTALLY BLEW OUR PLANS BC NOW WE HAVE RETRIEVE IT FROM ELSEWHERE.

This Shell Station is under new ownership. The new owner leaves it's dog outside chained to a tree all day and night. I have been by several time to check on the dog and it never has any food or water, just an empty bucket that you can tell hasn't been touched. It has been in the 50's and rainy here in FL. The dog barks and cries all day and night. I have called Animal Control and Shells Corporate Office. The Owner finally put the dog in a small fenced in area because people were complaining (chain link fence). There is no roof to cover from the elements and only a sheet to cover the fence so people can't see. There are railroad tracks feet away so the dog has to deal with the scare of a speeding train. Still no food or water....
