Salesman, Richard Price, was courteous, professional and patient letting us take our time looking at all our options regarding buying a car. He was knowledgeable and had all the answers to our questions. Finance lady, Tamara was also excellent in helping with warranties and the financial part. Overall it was a pleasurable experience buying our car from Starling Honda Titusville.

After seeing the Starling Chevrolet TV commercials, I was very excited to hear that they now have a Honda dealership. My lease was about to expire and wanted to sign up for another Honda vehicle. I made the trip to Titusville and there i met Paul (sales) and Dave (finance & sales). Both of these gentlemen were true professionals and were eager to make my experience with them an enjoyable one. After some discussion and negotiation I did lease another Honda from them. It was truly a wonderful transaction. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership and Paul and Dave if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They are by far the best car professionals that I’ve had to work with over many years of leasing new vehicles.

Was contacted by Eric, a sales manager, Thursday, August 20th at approximately 6:00 p.m., he responded to an inquiry about a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali. Set up a time for me and my wife to come in Saturday, late morning, between 10 and 11:00 a.m. .
When we got there we met Eric and he handed me over to one of his salesmen. Then we found out there was a negotiation being taken place for this vehicle in Orlando where the vehicle was. We didn't even get a call that the vehicle was not on property, or that there was a potential deal being negotiated.I was under the impression the vehicle would be at the dealership in Titusville, that's where Eric works. Don't understand why he would have us come in if the vehicle was not even at this location. I believe this was deceptive to get us there, and then switch and try to sell us something else, which is what they tried to do immediately. Unfortunately for Starling Buick GMC, in Titusville, you just lost a potential customer. I would have driven to the Orlando location, if I would have known.
