I really like the service department at Starling.
They try to get you in as soon as possible and everyone is very friendly.
I had a squeak in the rear area of my 23 Expedition and it was getting on my last nerve. I brought my car in for an oil change and put on the paperwork about the rear noise. When i came to pick up my vehicle the service manager said that one of the mechanics was set on finding my squeak and he did. It was a loose bracket. The noise is no longer in my ear. Great service. Thanks again.

I drive from Orlando to Titusville for service. The guys are so friendly and accommodating. My past experience with oil changes at other dealers is anywhere from 2-4 hours with an appointment; Starling in and out in an hour. Also, sorry, but a big plus for me they speak English!! Will be taking my Toyota there as well. Definitely recommend!!

I had my Lincoln in the dealership for repairs. Had to rent a car while waiting. Looking over the lot I fell in love with an Explorer. Bradley Sayre , salesman, helped me work out a deal. His communication skills are fantastic. He was diligent in his efforts. He came close to my trading request, lowered the msrp by 2k. He included $350 off for my rental and covered $800 for my Lincoln repair. The entire experience was actually enjoyable. Bradley treats you like a friend. I hope Starling realizes how much of asset they have. If you are looking for a vehicle I suggest you give Bradley Sayre a call. You won’t be disappointed.

The service department has top notch employees. They are always kind and polite to the customers. And answer any question or questions you might have. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Another thing is that they don't try to sell you on something you don't need. Keep up the awesome job.

I found a used car on the Starling Ford (previously Ron Norris Ford) website that I was interested in. The salesperson, Brad, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me check out the condition of the car and walked me through the vehicle history on CarFax. The paperwork process was efficient and low stress. Very honest pricing and they spelled everything out for me. Great experience!

The service department is always packed, however they worked my vehicle in after it was towed. I have had much better experiences with this dealership than the one in Orlando near me. Very nice people and pricing has always been fair.

Wonderful place! Michael Young is who I spoke to. I explained my situation, as my f150 had been giving me issues on a drive from washington state back to FL. He was able to answer all my questions, he listened to me explain what I knew which is great because some shops may "yeah" you to death because until they do their inspection, your input may not mean anything. Here, it was all considered. I called my father right after this to boast about how awesome my mechanics were. They were able to give me a solid price estimate, work the best deal they could for me and give me advice which I so need. I would say if you have a any kids/Grandkids or children becoming young adults with their first cars/trucks, have them build a relationship here.
