I will start the review by giving credit where credit is due. The repair mechanics did a great job repairing my car, it looks great. That is the only positive experience I had with the Starling collision center. I was initially quoted a week on the repairs, over a month later my car was returned to me. There were hiccups along the way, but I was never informed of them. I received ZERO communication unless I called and asked for updates. Even after calling multiple times sometimes I never received a call back. Absolute abhorrent customer service, I asked multiple times to be kept in the loop on repairs and never received a single phone call, I had to call every time for any sort of update. I was told my final repairs would take a week and a half, after two weeks I called to get an update and was told my vehicle was done and ready for pickup, how long it had been done for, who knows? I probably would have not been notified that it was finished for another two weeks had I not called. What was even worse was the person handling my claim told me “I’m not great with communication”, like it was acceptable. Why admit that to a customer, and why would you even have a job in customer service if that was the case? Wouldn’t bring another vehicle here under any circumstances, absolutely poor experience. I used to get oil changes and service done at this location when it was Ron Norris Ford, I will no longer be bringing a single one of my vehicles to any of these locations. Disgusted with my experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

We recently bought a 2018 Honda Fit, and took it to Ron Norris for the repaint, covered under a warranty extension by Honda.We were originally told to expect the car to be ready in 3-4 weeks.We just picked up the car today, in only 14 working days! And it looks absolutely fantastic, great attention to detail, undetectable as far as color match...and they even fixed a couple of dings in the hood !Couldn't possibly be happier, Kudos to a job very well done!

This was my first incident ever and I'll have to say I will never go through this collision center again. Horrible communication and tons of miscommunication. It took a month and a half to "fix" my front end when I was given a two week estimate. After 5 trips back up there since the first pick up, this is what I'm left with. Overall very upset I'll now have to pay the money again to fix what they couldn't do. And not to mention they got grease or oil all over my interior.

Thank you Mike and the rest of the team in the collision center for getting my wife’s car back on the road! You could never tell we hit a hog! Took some time for parts out of your control but great company who had my families interests and safety put first above all else. THANK YOU!

Did a superb job of repairing my vehicle. Unfortunately I found a scratch that wasn't there when I dropped off the car. They never questioned me on it and repaired it immediately. Excellent customer service. Treated with the utmost respect and care. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this facility period from the 1st moment I came in for an estimate until tyet until the time I departed with the completed workThe evaluator/service writer was great. He was quick was quick it's verified everything and he found me the least expensive route to the repairOn the day I came in to drop it off off they actually completed the job while I waited. It was scheduled to be a 1.8 hour job but they finished it a little early and they actually reduced the cost of my bill from the estimateSo often car dealerships get a bad name for for being dishonest in their transactions to peothere transactions to people, these guys were fantastic and I would recommend their collision service to anybody who needs their vehicle fixed

Used them twice over the years. Pleased with the work. Not surprising they washed it. However, they even vacuumed the interior which was a nice unexpected extra touch. Helpful and friendly. Didn't need it but they offered a ride home when we dropped off the vehicle.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Took almost 4 weeks to fix my car, and after spending almost $3000 dollars, the magnetic decal I use to identify my car in parking lots was stolen/taken off and not put back on. And when they say they will call you, they won’t.
