My almost 2 decades old truck broke down on my way home from working a month and half down Turkey Point. Im from way up north in Maryland. This shop was able to get my truck fixed quick and for a reasonable price. Staff were timely and professional. The owner is pro America and Veteran friendly and when found out my situation even gave me a ride to my hotel. I was stranded for no more then a day or two due to it being a weekend. I really appreciate the team and company thanks for the hard work
and conversation. The receptionist his wife is also kind and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

This is the most professional towing company I’ve ever encountered. Theresa was incredibly helpful, especially knowing the vehicle was badly damaged (We were all safe when removing items from the car). Everyone was awesome and great manners. I HIGHLY recommend this towing company, if you need towing assistance.

this is the second time i have been sent rice's by my tow insurance. both times they were the only ones available and did great. i couldn't be happier with their help today. i had a tough job and the driver did great, and was right on time. by the way, i looked through the reviews and the only bad ones were not really customers imo, it sounds like they got towed by the cops to me.

Rice’s Towing in Titusville provided exceptional service retrieving our stalled van on the highway. Wait time was less than an hour and Sean demonstrated exceptional care loading our van on the flatbed. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you Sean and the entire dispatch team.

My fiancé and I were driving down us1 and our stabilization arm broke, we called rice towing and within 30 minutes Sean was there to help! He was very professional and understanding. if anything happens in the future they will be our first call!

My wife, granddaughter and I were on our way to visit my new great granddaughter and ran out of gas on Interstate 95 near Titusville. It was 12:30 at night and we coasted into a vacant gas station in the middle of nowhere. We called Rices Titusville Towing. Their truck would be tied up for 2 hours but the person on duty said he would bring me a gallon of gas. He got to our location within 20 minutes and got us on our way. With his long white beard (limping from a recent knee surgery) we thought he was a Santa or a gift from heaven! Thank God for caring and helping people!

The staff at Rice’s Titusville Automotive are exceptional. In particular, I want to give praise to Teresa. She went well above and beyond to accommodate my wife, who was in a near fatal crash (which she was not at fault) on this past Christmas Eve. Even when my insurance company wouldn’t help my wife, Teresa stepped up to mitigate cost where she could.Anyone looking for a tow service in the Titusville area would be hard pressed to find a better company. They even recommend a phenomenal breakfast restaurant (Rearview Coffee) which my wife enjoyed. Thank you to everyone at Rice’s Titusville Automotive

I have been taking my last 2 trucks as well my sons trucks to Billy and his team for repairs.Im a loyal guy to those who treat me well.From the office, the shop, and the tow truck drivers i have always been treated with respect. They are always honest and fair and ive never had any issues with any repairs.You can go anywhere these days but if you want honest work for an honest price i suggest you stay with a family thats been doing work in this town for many years.Thank you guys as always, im very happy for the repairs, turn around, and price. You guys are the best!

Had to move my car to new address. Car does not run so used rices to tow my car. They where so helpful and efficient. Talk about quick. Freindly and helpful office staff. Thank you rices.
