I'm a member of regions bank in Mims FL 32854,I got covet an died in 2022 an was in hospital for a yr. My credit card had a few hundred dollars on it I couldn't make a payment on it till I got out dec,2023an called the bank to take care of it,and they did THE BITCHES cancelled my card and close my acc. WELL KISS MY A!!!

The ATM at this location sucks. The receipt printer ink is faded, and the tap feature for your card is always unavailable. Either you guys fix or replace your ATM.

Banker Ms.Tammy DeLeo was incredibly attentive & knowledgeable. Very professional & helped me navigate a complicated issue. She was polite & listened to all my concerns. Patiently she explained everything with clarity. I’m very pleased with the service. Wish all bankers were like her. I’m a very happy customer. I have been working with regions Bank for many a year now. And I never been disappointed. I just got my first loan for me an Airboat,... And I run them professionally for my job. Awesome help from Miss Mallory Tanner. Has helped me more than one time.

I deposited 2 checks in this bank. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the checks to process. I called and they are trying to say that the checks are fake when i know they are real. These people dont care about the customers, they just worry about getting there 8 hours in. They laugh and giggle and dont tend or help anyone.

Do not use there ATM it didn't give me the right amount and the receipt said it did. So waited till the next business day to report the problem and was told they would audit the ATM and get back to me , so 4 days later stopped back by and was told to contact the information on back of ATM card but this a endless maze of back and forth of computer games. I work very hard for the little money I do have I really thing this bank really cares about the common people the hard working class stuck with what they do to us. I know my money is gone but it would of been not so bad if someone at Regions would have even acted like they cared.

Been calling the bank for 2 days straight and no one answers the phone. Seems pretty shady when a bank ignores calls.

Terrible bank, cancels peoples business accounts with zero notice and put a small business in a terrible position with zero notice, zero reason. Closing most branches, customer service says one thing, branch locations say another. Would not recommend anyone banks with regions.

I went to cash my paycheck at Region's Bank, as it is the bank that is handling the medical practice I am working for until they get set up on direct deposit to everyone's bank. I thought it would be the better choice as the have account that is handling printing & issuing these paychecks. Oh no, because I personally do not have a account with them, I am getting Charged A Fee to get my money from a Regions Business Account ( which this money is sitting in already ). It was not a check from another bank, if I have to cash another paycheck that is issued from the same bank trust me, I rather go to Amscot if I have to pay a fee, it will be less. Can not wait for direct deposit, no issues like this again. SAD.
