Never had a bad experience here. My doctor sends in a prescription, and usually, within 2 hours I get a text message that the script is ready.

My first review ever and would have loved for it to be positive. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. However, I will never get the 28 minutes I wasted waiting on a preordered sub that was supposed to be there for me. It would have been faster to come to the store and wait in the line. At least you don't get passed over.

Always punctual and smiling faces. They make me feel at home because they call me by name when I go there, and it makes my old heart feel good when I'm treated like family.

Not the classy Publix that existed here in central Florida decades ago. Several times I have been irritated or angered by cashiers' and management's rude, cold uppity conduct. An awful lot of their business is from retirees and, ironically ,I definitely feel the biased ageism from their cashiers quite often. I'll stick with Winn Dixie's lower prices, fantastic rewards and well-mannered employees.

Always polite, helpful, and friendly. The staff are always working to meet customer needs. I've been using this pharmacy for about a year, so this review is based on consistent performance. Unlike other pharmacies in town (I won't mention the name, but it rhymes with DVS), they DON'T leave you standing for 15 minutes while they count bags, tap on keyboards, stare into space, or talk on the phone.

Worst pharmacy iv ever been too....seemed like everyone got hired yesterday and had no comprehension of EMERGENCY medication.....also me prescription was called in 3 hrs before they closed the night prior and was told I couldn't get them till morning. Where I then waited another 2 hrs past the time that they opened only to leave paying more for my prescriptions because they couldn't figure out why my valid Florida blue ins card wasn't working with the system.I wish I could leave 0 stars

Why is it so difficult to get all you medication at the same time? This is my third month of not shopping at your store. I will only go in the store to get my medications and leave. When I start getting all my medicine at the same time then I will start shopping here again.

I am not happy!!! I order my lunch meat every week From this Publix! I order 5 lbs of lunch meat every week. (You can search my orders for proof). I live in Titusville Fl but I order all of our lunch meat from ports st John to save time because Titisville is ridiculously packed. I order it, cut the way PUBLIX explains their cuts extra thin! I order (3lbs) extra thin and I get 1/8" thick every time! This is unacceptable! I am trying to help Publix and myself by preordering and picking up but I can see that you all obviously don't care what customers are ordering. This Publix has also messed up my order many times. Wrong meat over and over! It's not Brian surgery! Please hire people who know how to read the slicer!!! I will find another place for my meats!

Great place to do shopping but I don't know about the pharmacies gone downhill since they had people changed in there they like to play doctor and they don't even know when your prescription is going to be ready I guess I'll have to go to Walgreens now

this store has the worst deli and even worse customer service. manager thought it was ok to raise his voice at me at the deli. while advising me the reason there is never product available and has been this way for years is because of covid and being short staffed. BS! I will take my business elsewhere.

There is a reason, well, several reasons that I can point directly at to explain the rise of Publix to the very definition of what a supermarket should and could be here in the southeastern United States. First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.

Friendly, convenient, considerate, quick, and efficient. Always answers phones and always helpful and in happy moods. Best pharmacy all around and I appreciate the entire staff for the easiest experiences ever.

We found this to be the best grocery store in the area (staying on Hwy 1 Titusville). Fresh seafood. Sushi was delicious and made daily. Although not a Super-Duper-Huge Market, there were Good selections in most areas. Staff were Great. Very concerned, helpful and conscientious. Masks in place with staff. Not all customers - so be aware. Definitely appreciated the recycling area - surprised that the county RV park didn't have recycling?! We thought for 2 yrs. in a row now while visiting this area - the friendliest, most customer- & service-oriented grocery. Kudos!
