If your a instacart shopper I would not pick up from here . They say they can't give us our receipts for proof of purchase. They just throw it in the trash. And we need our receipts in case we have to come back to refund or just if customer says we got wrong item etc. We need proof in case of anything. I know that is not instacart protocol. If they denie your receipt call instacart and talk to a manger in Publix as well .

It's a typical Publix liquor store location. I will say that they keep theirs pretty well stocked and organized. The staff are also great about greeting everyone

Most of Publix produce is terrible. They need to stop buying and selling chemically ripened fruit. Bananas only last a few days before they start turning black. I bought some peaches on June 5th. They were hard as a rock when I bought them, but today they are mushy. I'm going to have to try one of the local produce markets.

Ordered subs online ahead of time and it still took them an hour from the time I ordered for 3 subs to be made. This has happened on multiple occasions. This Deli section needs some serious help.

The Pharmacist was extremely rude. If there was a line in the store and only one employee covering phones, then a staff member needs to be pulled from customer service to assist in calls. I can understand busy. I can't understand rude. Pharmacy is still customer service and has zero place for being rude. No excuses.

They have a good selection but I'm not a huge fan of going here because there's rarely any close parking and you have a long way to walk. I know it sounds lazy, but it's more convenient to go somewhere else without all the supermarket traffic.

The Publix and it's employees are nice, however this plaza is always slam packed, parking can be difficult to impossible and the store is very overcrowded at times.
