“The employees are what make this post office so great. I've been to others in cities and small towns and nowhere are the postal employees as friendly as in Mims. They are not only friendly, they are also incredibly helpful.”

“Every time I have come to this post office since moving to Titusville in 2018, the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I think they are understaffed for being the only PO in town. There is always a long line but they do their very best to get you out as quickly as possible. Now with this mercury spill, they are working extra hard to try to get mail and packages to those affected. I'm glad no one was hurt by it and I appreciate their efforts! I hope they can hire more staff to help out when it's busy in the future.”
