Went in to purchase already eater fish or Snails. No one around, front desk called someone for us, but the guy came out and had a attitude like we were disturbing him. I asked if he was on break or lunch but he said no. So as we tell him what we are looking for, he immediately says they don't have any and then walks away. I call him back and ask him if he knew when he was going to get some in and he said "thats not my job to know " and walked away. Guess I will be going to Petsmart with our needs from now on.

Was not greeted, wandered around looking for an associate to ask the location of products I was looking for, approached the registers where employees were gathered chatting with one another.
Went to check out, fumbling to find my vital care coupons on my phone app, and the cashier was completely indifferent. Offered no help whatsoever! I found it finally on my app, but it caused the line to back up which was embarrassing to say the least.

found maggots in our brand new bag of dog food and this isn’t the first time either. seems to be only dog food from this particular store as well. won’t be buying food from here again.

Clean store good variety of all pet products. Fish tanks are clean and fish healthy. Friendly staff too.

After the remodel I can't find a thing. Not sure why they remodeled, it no longer has a welcoming feel to it, and it feels dark and grungy
The employees are still very nice and helpful, usually willing to help with any questions or to lend a hand with heavy items

I went to the store yesterday and the veterinary section was close. Did an appointment online the latest they have was 5 pm. Called that I was going to be little lte for less than 10 minutes and they didn't want to receive me but to reschedule. For people that has normal hours and we work until 4:30 this is a challenge, they care for your pets? Not really. How waiting few more minutes will make a huge impact?.) I went to other vet for other of my babies and they waited for me. This was VERY disappointing. I will not recommend the veterinary section and don't say you are sorry when you are not. Customer service and empathy for customer 0 starts.

Today as I was checking out I found and extra charge for a donation I did not authorize I would highly recommend all who shop there review your receipt. My money was returned when I confronted them but how much have they gotten away with. If this was to occur again charges will be filed. Good luck shoppers

This is Minnow. She was only a few months old. Just a baby still. I saw her on sunday and she was clearly sick with uri so I took her home and started her on doxy and cleaned all the dried feces off of her and the crust from her eyes. She ended up developing pneumonia. I got her Sunday evening. She went into respiratory distress, gasping for air while I held her and tried to calm her. She took her last breath in my hands 3 days after I got her.. This is not the first time I’ve taken in a rat with uri from petco. They are always sick. I even took home a pregnant rat that ended up having 9 babies. These people that work here don’t care about these animals. It’s just a job to them and rats clearly aren’t important to them. They just want to make money. Minnow was a sweet baby rat and she did not deserve this. None of them deserve this.

It is a pet store that stays open to 9pm giving me time to get the supplies I need where the other pet store closer to my residence closes at 8pm. I can readily find assistance when needed at Petco. Clean store with many varieties of supplies. I only wish they had more puppy clothes and in smaller sizes but otherwise, they carry many varieties of supplies.

W have been waiting 15 months for the veterinarian clinic to open. Otherwise, the staff was fine. It was a little bit of a social gathering for them ,though.
