Took my old Nissan SUV to the dealership to get them to use their “proprietary” diagnostic/programming software (aka, Nissan Consult software). I recently replaced my entire suspension including the air leveling air struts because my original parts wore out. I personally followed the Nissan Technical manual by inspecting, testing, and diagnosing everything. I checked my new compressor, new air hoses, new relay, new leveling sensor, and then tested my air suspension module. The module was showing partial power (between 6-8 volts). According to a technician video on YouTube, the voltage will read 12 volts if fully functioning, 6-8 volts if it’s in a lockout “safe mode”, and 0 volts if it has been “bricked” or busted. The module costs approximately $1k brand new and is the only way you can have a part changing technician solve the problem without using the CONSULT software. If you use the software (I showed them the video and gave them the YouTube link) it can take the module out of safe mode and put it back into a fully functioning brain. So I tried to get them to follow the steps to clear the air levelizer memory and while it was in the shop they texted me saying they couldn’t solve the problem because my steering angle sensor was busted and they wanted $1500+ to fix that. I declined because I could get that part brand new on eBay for $125 and install it myself. So they said they tried to follow the video but it didn’t work.
I bought the Nissan Consult software off eBay and was able to follow the video exactly. It told me there was an electrical issue. I checked the fuse and found out the mechanic busted the fuse and never said anything (previously when I visually inspected the fusible link it was not busted and I never messed with it). I replaced the fuse and used the CONSULT software to fix the module (just followed the steps on YouTube).
Needless to say, the Stealership couldn’t fix any problem with my vehicle, they charged me for it, they broke my fuse and didn’t tell me, and they were HIGHLY INCOMPETENT PART CHANGERS. I recommend contacting the nearest High School auto shop and asking an inexperienced teenager to fix your Nissan. They will do a better job than the dealership did. (The Nissan Consult software costs $2000-$5000 brand new, but thankfully I bought mine for less on eBay and didn’t have to deal with those scammers).
And if you need parts for your vehicle, I recommend a search for CHEAP NISSAN PARTS and there are several reputable websites that will sell the part you need for MUCH CHEAPER.
And I recommend NICOCLUB dot com for free technical manuals.
And I recommend buying the Nissan CONSULT software and Vehicle Interface (VI) before you need it. There are also “clone” versions out there that are cheaper alternatives.
Finally, I recommend YouTube videos and a quick google search to help diagnose your vehicle problem. Obviously if you are puking money out your butt then just go to these scammers… they WILL charge you much higher than retail price and they will laugh at you as you drive away.
I’m never going back. I will buy used vehicles and skip this horrible experience for the rest of my life.

Had a terrible experience with Patrick. Came in for an offer on my car. They did a thorough inspection and after offered me $10,000 for my car, I even got it in writing. After telling them I would go home get the title and come back after I found a day a babysitter could watch my baby made our hour and a half drive out there, Just for him to say, he resigns his offer as there was accidents on my car. I think it’s super unfair to do your job unproperly and not to the fullest extent. Then when I commit to something and even have to go out of my way to get someone to watch my child, Then come out there and they spit in my face. Super disappointed with the customer service. Had you ever done your job None of this would have happened.

The entire staff at Pat Fischer Collision Center is absolutely AMAZING!! Pat Fischer Collision was provided to me as an option from my insurance company for some repair work and I am so glad I chose them. They truly are there for YOU! They treated my vehicle as if it was there own and they treated me as I was family. They are extremely respectful, they communicated with me through the entire process and the work that was performed was impeccable. I would encourage everyone to use Pat Fischer Collision and I appreciate every member on that team! Thank you all

If you'd like to confirm an appointment, send documents to them for your confirmed financing, drive to the dealership only to find out they sold the truck you made an appointment to purchase then this is the dealership for you. Thanks for the epic waste of time, we'll make sure to tell everyone we know not to do business here.

I was greeted with a smile and had a smile on my face when I left. Stephanie was able to get me signed in quickly and I had a look around the showroom on my way outside. When I arrived to pickup my truck it was ready to go for another round of adventures. Thanks to all of the team at Pat Fischer.

The person to greet me was a gentlemen named Fitz, he was knowledgeable, understanding and took the time to listen. He knew exactly what I was looking for, he led me to the perfect car for me. That’s the one I bought, the only one I looked at. So many sales people came to me before and after the sale to thank me for stopping in at Pat Fischer’s. Kudos to Fitz…I highly recommend him! I’ll add a picture, that’s Fitz putting the license plate on my car.

Not great customer experience, we went to sell our 2023 Tesla and online they state a specific quote and when you visit they use market reasons to lower the quote. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to sell their cars. They wouldn’t even honor kbb

The body shop at Pat Fischer is a joke. They are not qualified to work on cars. They will cover up shoddy repairs and blame you if you point it out. Avoid at all costs

I came into Pat Fischer to purchase my first car and this dealership exceeded my expectations. As soon as I pulled up, Fitz was ready to help me pick out the perfect vehicle. Everyone at this dealership was extremely helpful and made my first time buying a car memorable. I will be returning ?.
