From what I have been able to see there's numerous things that happen over night from cars doing doughnuts and speeding around to car burglaries, theft, and ducks that poop all over the sidewalks. I'm not sure why they allow William Jones to live rent free for no less than a year. How does someone live there rent free for over a year and another tenant can be evicted in less than 30 days,Sending an eviction notice might clean up the traffic there at night. Call FWC and remove invasive ducks. Most AC units are in a state of disrepair and they have been known to be without either AC, Refrigerator, or a microwave for many months. The pool is mostly always closed. If you're interested in living in the exact center of the low income area of downtown this place is for you. Why can William Jones live rent free for the last year using the property for transients and drug dealers too have a good time.Nothing is allowed on porches in some buildings however if you are living in another building chairs and whatever sits outside the doors. How do you fine the one tenants 50$ and look past the rest.

It's gotten so bad! I miss the guy Maurice when I first moved out here he kept it CLEAN in all aspects! Management has turned over 4 to 5times office wise now there's no one except the property manager. The maintenance men are alright but could be BETTER no pressure washing in a while buildings are dirty ,kids riding dirt bikes all throughout the week and homeless people sleeping on the stairs......... I just can't believe they are letting it get. Like this with all the gentrification going on around the area around these apartments.... It's sad to see and disgusting to watch HOW IS THE MAIN OFFICE NUMBER DISCONNECTED......????!!!?

It takes them forever to get things fixed another for handed but I pay my rent on time I've been around every month on the 3rd comes out of my taking account every month I'm still without no microwave no power to my microwave my dishwasher I feel like it's on the fridge the other day my garbage disposal was backed up almost overflooded I had to fix it myself another short-handed and they're doing the best they can but I thank God for a roof over my head it wasn't for palmetto ridge me and my kids wouldn't have a place to live thank you so very very much

I am staying here right now with a good friend of mine and I'm hoping to get myself into a one bedroom probably in September or October I have to get a social security card but I love this place I just wish the pool was open more

This is the worst place to live when you move in or signing your lease they are nice outgoing customer service when you first move in the maintenance does their job but after a while it all stops the nonsense that goes around here the maintenance just driving around on golf carts not doing nothing the customer service they are really rude I had to call section 8 a couple times maybe more than just a couple times to get them to do their job my dishwasher has pretty much been broken ever since I can remember I've lived here for 2 years I do not recommend this place to anybody yes it is cheap living but they pick and choose who they like the pool is always closed never open on the weekends if I could give this place no stars I would this is the worst place I've ever lived

I have never been inside the buildings as I drop my sons girlfriend off here only.I will comment on observations from the outside.It looks very well maintained with exception to the gate system which seems to be habitually problematic.The ducks are wonderful to see strolling around on the property.The children in the complex could truly use a couple areas that they could enjoy playing safely at as they are many times blocking traffic while playing football in the parking lot.That is not only dangerous for them if a car is not paying attention or is driving too fast, but presents problems with a car potentially being damaged.

Alot of fake personality. Dedra waisted my time for two weeks acting like everyday i was getting closer to sealing a deal even was told on the phone on Thursday before coming in today (Friday) after i sign papers it would be mines but once again i show myself in person in she stalled me again after signing it. As I was signing the papers she even tells a guy the place is available right in front of me like I haven’t been calling everyday about this place. I’ve had everything needed at this point to get the place so i said screw it... Thankfully i was able to find another place.

I love it here been living here for 2 years courtesy officer does his job great . before it was so much violence in the neighborhood , and it calm down a lot ! The previous courtesy officer never did anything . I’m glad he left . Please courtesy officer stay forever !!

Haven't even gotten through the process to rent out an apartment. Every time I try to call to see what's going on with my application it goes to voicemail, leave a voicemail, they never call back. Call from a number I've never called on before MAGICALLY they answer. Apparently it takes weeks for the compliance department to approve you. I was in the office Feb 28 and filled out the application. Everything was sent to compliance March 6th and i was told 3-5 business days from then for a response. Called March 15th, had no response from compliance department and were resending everything. Still, no answer, will not return calls or emails. Been waiting almost a month for no answers...
