Dahlia knocked the ball out of the park with her customer service yesterday at the Hopkins location... I've had cell phones since there were cell phones and she was the best ever consultant, sales and service person ever... she should write the manual on how to really make a customer feel important... I'm sure I spelled your name wrong but thank you... 😊

I came into the store with 30 mins to close. Brianna took care of us. She helps us thru the process of transferring to a new cell. We've got another line set up. I have to say how impressed I was by her customer service and knowledge. She multitask while getting us set up, she took care of another customer. Never one complaint about the lateness, very courteous, knowledgeable, quick and I just found the store to go. From now on it's going to be Brianna taking care of my family plan. Highly recommended. It's a joy seeing young hard working people with excellent customer service skills. Metro Pcs you better give this lady a raise and keep her happy, she's going to make you a bundle!

I was yesterday in the Store to replace a lost tablet in my account. Employees were very kind. Special Thanks to Mona Ferguson, she did all to make me happy with my requests. Rosa was nice. Excellent store. Clean and very friendly staff and helpful.
