“So my mother had an air mattress and while she was at a 5 day brake the bed got unplugged. We had some issues with the mattress and had them check it out as it was not working correctly. Derek came out to show us how to properly deal with the mattress if we had issues. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of how the mattress works, even showed us if the power went out what to do. I called to let the company know what awesome service he provided and said that he needed to be a trainer for them. I also said that they needed to give Derek a raise!!”
