He exchanged a defective unit with a new one. He showed me how to work with the new one. He checked out the old tank and showed me how to operate it. He made a trip back to see me when I was at a doctor’s appointment when he first came.

The technician Jose was nice and tried to help me out however the resolution will have to take place because they fail to bring an oxygen concentrator compressor with them. Which is what I originally called for.

I was told that the watch would be picked up early a.m. I woke up just to make sure that this watch was hanging on the outside door at 6 AM. It is now 9:05AM and the watch is still hanging on the door. Can’t say too much about that service other than it’s lousy! Does Dwan Williams ring a bell?!

Messed up on the appointment date but they fit me in and that was very much appreciated. The respirtory tech was exceptionally knowledgeable. He answered all my question and I left the session very well informed, and cofortable on the use of the CPAP.
