I had an awesome experience with my service from Custom Golf Carts! I couldn't be more pleased. I called them after my cart died while my wife was driving it. Andy picked it up bright and early the next day. Angie contacted me a later in the day and told me that I only needed new batteries. I couldn't believe how reasonable the quote was. Andy returned the cart later in the afternoon all cleaned and with new batteries fully charged!

I wrote a review for poor business ethics and it appears they had it removed. These people will walk all over anyone to make a few dollars. They will promise one thing and deliver another. If you disagree in any sort of way, they will claim “rubbish”.

For any and all golf cart wants and needs in Central FL, Custom Golf Carts is your place! Sales, Service, Parts & Rentals - they do it all with expert knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. My home is in Titusville; so I receive complimentary transport of my older EZGO cart I trust for service and accessories at very fair prices, only to CGC. The used cart I recently aquired was formerly seviced at CGC, and the seller also highly recommended this business. A year ago I purchased a new cart (spending 15K CASH) at a different golf cart dealership. It was thee, hands down, worst large purchase experience of my entire life. No exaggeration, no embellishments. I chose the dealership based purely on CONVIENIENCE. Don't learn the hard and expensive way I did; if you want value for your money, excellent customer service, and master workmanship, head to Cheney Hwy. in Titusville, FL and see Leslie &/or Angie! Had I known a year ago, how much more pleasant life would have been. CGC will undoubtedly be my go-to from here on out!

Took cart there for a throttle cable adjustment was told it would be $45 for a half hour. Got the bill over $220+. Front desk lady knew I wasn’t happy. She took .5 hours brought the bill down to $190. Was told the carburetor needing replacing. Which is doesn’t car ram perfect right before throttle cable broke. Knew one was installed by a “golf cart technician” not working for this company. Anyways they said cable was adjusted and still wasn’t right. Brought the cart home got it off the trailer it’s even worse than it was before. Now the cart isn’t even drivable. When it was brought to this shop we could ride it but it wouldn jump in the begging but clear out and run fine. Now that cart doesn’t even start enough to park it in my shop I had to push it. $90 for diagnostic and $135 for a cable adjustment! When I called she said it would $45 for it to be adjusted I understand the bill could go up. But not once did I receive a call saying they were gonna take the carburetor apart and clean it and clean the spark plug. Long story short call another shop

Is took battery back there was less than a year old Should have been under warranty they told me I had to prove it was maintained how can I prove that Don't do business here again

The woman Leslie who runs this rip off establishment is rude and is sooooo very shady, this business charged us $460.00 for change out a burned up motor brake and then did not honor the 1 year manufacture warranty when the motor brake did not last but 4 months. She said it was our fault and did not even try to contact the manufacturer, I did contact the manufacturer and they said they would honor the warranty for sure but I would have to go through Lapohn, but I would never bring my cart back to them because I absolutely do not trust them. Leslie yelled at me when I could not afford to pay the $460.00 again and told me I was ridiculous because she stayed 20 minutes after closing time to wait for us and they were not going to get to do the job.After we got our cart back the first time we all of a sudden had a problem with our batteries which we never had before and she sold us 4 new batteries over $800.00 but would not give us back our old batteries to check to see if in fact they would not hold a charge, Leslie once again got mad and said that we would have to pay for our old batteries back even though we said that we would give them back for the core charge but we wanted to check them ourselves. I will never go back to this company again because of the way Leslie does business , she is rude is not an honest person and don't trust their business practices.I did get my cart fixed by a honest cart repair man and he only charged us $180.00 .
