Went into store to return something with the receipt that I bought the day before. Kurt and the cashier was very rude and because I don't have a DL they said they couldn't do it. I presented a government ID and a receipt to show proof of purchase but Kurt the supervisor said "Go to the DMV and then bring it back". Well I'm a 10k yearly customer that they just lost!

Love the constant deals and variety of tools, including the new and different stock that just happened come this new year. The staff always there to see if you need assistance.
