I waited less than 10 minutes and the hair cut itself did not take more than 15 minutes. That was with cutting my waist length hair to shoulder length and it really looks great!
Stylist: Elizabeth was very nice, efficient, and cut my hair exactly as I requested! Best hair cut I have had in years!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I'm so upset at the lady who did my daughters hair. My daughter wanted bangs straight across instead she made it uneven way to short and it just looks horrible. My daughter is 7 and was so upset. I tried to keep my mouth shut so I didn't hurt my daughters feeling more by tell the lady she did a horrible job. But you bet I'm going to let everyone know how horrible come hair styles there are. The lady who did my daughter not sure her name buy she was the hair black hair old women a little thicker. DONT GO TO HER!!

The worst haircut I ever had. Never ask me if I wanted a round or straight cut in back, how do you want your sideburns, started to trim eyebrows without asking, and left some areas to long, to short or never cut at all.

I got the worst haircut of my life there last Wednesday. The stylist didn’t listen to a thing I said. I usually have them use a #4 clipper attachment on the sides and back. I showed her how far up to use it. She went a lot higher. She completely shaved my sideburns off and stretched out the hair I told her had a cowlick after I said to be careful there. When you do that the hair shrinks in that spot so it makes your hair look uneven. That was the bang area. She said that’s how you cut hair with cowlicks. Then some woman named Leanne left me a voicemail. I tried to call back and got a recording that her voicemail wasn’t set up. I sent her a lengthy text and I’ve never heard back from her.

Biggest joke in Titusville. You get what you pay for, I guess. Please save your money for another couple of weeks and get a real cut. Unless of course you enjoy unpleasant trolls handling sharp tools on your head, most front facing part of your body. Not first time, not second time, but third time I’ve walked through the doors. I left with all my hair however. I find someone that should have retired in the early 2000s. And maybe continued their education.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Robin used to do my hair here and I loved the way it would come out every single time and she was also a delight to talk to. I went about 2 days ago and some short lady with short black hair totally messed up my pixie cut, she didn't even understand what I wanted differently this time around and I even showed her pictures and videos. She cut it with no style. I went to another place to see if they could try and fix the mess she did on my hair, but no luck! You gotta be careful with short hair. I look like a mushroom now. I'm never coming here ever again!

If I'm using a coupon it's becuase I don't have enough money to really get a haircut. So, I am not going to give any bigger if a tip becuase I paid $5.99 for a haircut. Seems like some of the staff gives a dirty look...or just turns around and walks away without saying anything. Not all, but some.
