? Friendly, Clean, and Professional ?I’m impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area and efficiency of the staff. The walls are a calming blue-green shade and the waiting area has many comfortable seats, decorative art, and a consultation space. There’s also a bathroom and blood pressure machine for convenience.

Sometimes when you call their and talk to them on the phone they are not to friendly! ! I am not to crazy about this pharmacy but I have to use it with my insurance. You ask them questions and it seems like it a bother!

I'm dealing with Health insurance issues right now, but I did use them last year. Someone said "Empty shelves"? They ALWAYS had what I needed on hand. I never had an issue. Trust me my script is hard to get filled to begin with, and flies off the shelf. So that comment confuses me. Also Mike is AWESOME!!!

I love this FHCP Pharmacy! They were quick to fill my presciption and called me right away to pick it up when filled. Neat new facility and pleasant staff. Free Tier 2 presciption and they covered an exception, doubling my prescrtion. All people respond to kindness more readily and they'll go the extra mile for you.

You have one job as a Pharmacy. Just one job. Every single time I call in refills of my common medications, there is always a wait because it's never in stock. Ever. How do you operate with empty shelves? My husband recently had an emergency situation and, because our insurance requires us to use this Pharmacy, he had to wait for them to "overnight" his critical prescription. He needed it same-day. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is also hit or miss. No one seems happy working there, which is always a good indicator of bad management. Avoid this Pharmacy if you can. You'll get much better service at Itani or Hopkins pharmacies.
