I received an email from Eckler on 3/13/24 that my order had shipped, but when I called to get a status update I was told it would be shipped today (3/18/24). Hopefully it will go out today and I'll be satisfied once received.

Received the wrong parts. And we're told they couldn't guarantee that I would get the correct part if I reordered. I ended up having to eat the cost of shipping the wrong item back. Terrible experience and would never buy from them again!
