Stay away from this place, charged us triple the price for basic antibiotics and did not even have it in stock, would need to come back next day to get full order, even so got charged for full order. Your better choice will be Publix or Winn Dixie, better service and cheaper prices.

Such friendly people, with outstanding customer service! I received antibiotics today and they only charged $7.00 dollars, unbelievable price, really made my day. I highly recommend this little gem and will return again.

The customer service is excellent here. The owner/head pharmacist can be a little curt but the ladies usually handling the pick-up counter are very friendly and professional. On an added note my elderly mother is a regular customer and she forgot her purse but they let her fill her prescription (20-some odd dollars) despite this.They let her pay for it when she came to fill more prescriptions the following week. What chain-store pharmacy would do that......probably none. These are good people running this pharmacy.

I have been using a chain store pharmacy for at least 15 years. By my doctor's recommendation I tried this pharmacy. I could not be more pleased. They are very quick. They always seem pleased to see you rather than just another transaction. They are very prompt about filling an order when the doctor calls it in. I am very happy I switched!

So I've had my prescription here for about 3 weeks now. I do partials. I rushed out of work to get there by 7 because that is when it says they close on Friday's. I got there at 6:45 and they were closed. I will not bring another prescription back to east coast. I had mine at discount before and they stay open long hours with great service

Best Pharmacist and employee's ever, within any Pharmacy I have ever been to. The customer service is top notch/on point! They tend to your needs, give you the lowest price, by a long shot, for those that do not have insurance. Highly recommend to move from whatever pharmaceutical chain you may be doing business with, like CVS, WALGREENS, WINN DIXIE, ETC. and check this family owned business in Titusville. I have been going here since I moved to Florida and every time I attempt to drop off a prescription elsewhere, I am reminded why I go to East Coast Pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. Low prices, great service, and takes most insurance. I never spend more than 10 minutes while filling a prescription. Highly recommend to anyone in the North Brevard area.
