I would not recommend this place to anyone! This place is a zero starts in my book. Do NOT use them. They have terrible communication and time management. Our windshield was supposed to be fixed months ago he said it would be done this afternoon just to get a call he can’t and it’s a “mistake”. Never ever trust them to get things done in a timely manner. They lied, we could’ve had our vehicle done months ago!

Brent is a super nice guy. He gave me wonderful advice and took time to explain things to me in a way that makes sense. I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me. I highly recommend his services!

My sister brought her vehicle in after an accident December 1st and it’s now June 12 and they still cannot give a date to when it will be done. They have had money from the insurance company since January and they cashed that check in March. Since then, they have been telling us it will be ready Friday, every single week but they’re lying to us every time. They have no excuse. I would NEVER refer this place to anyone I know, unless I really hated them. And I am writing the review instead of my sister because I am the one that has been letting her borrow my every day car because she’s a single working mother. If I could give them a 0star rating I would. Nothing about this place is professional or good.

I'm the owner of Cab 54 and have used east coast auto body & glass 2 time now for windshield replacement and by far the best glass shop I've ever use good job.

Brent did a Great job fixing my son's rear fender. He is really easy to work with and gave a much better estimate than the three other places I talked to. He also got it in right away. The other places were booking out at least 45 days.

I brought my older truck to East Coast Body Shop for a windshield replacement and rust repair. Brent was very helpful in explaining everything. He had my truck in the shop that day after another company gave me the run around for a week. He worked with me on the pricing of the windshield to offset some of the cost for rust repair which is very rare these days. The work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. I also noticed a few extra steps they took that other companies likely would've ignored like repairing the drooping headliner around windshield and a couple other things. Overall Brent is a hard working, caring, honest guy with top notch crew to match. In the future I will return to east coast with any of my body shop needs!

This marks my initial experience with this shop, and I must say, I am elated that I chose it. Brent went above and beyond to expedite the process, ensuring I was in and out as swiftly as possible. His efforts proved incredibly beneficial to me. Moreover, the quality of the work performed is impeccable, and to my surprise, he even took the initiative to touch up some minor areas without any prompting. Now my baby is perfect again. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse East Coast for their exceptional service.

We found ourselves in a situation where we had to have our windshield replaced and only had 2 days to get it done. Brent was very understanding and friendly and he made it happen. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the service and product delivered.If you need body work or glass work we highly recommend East Coast body and glass.

Our suv was broken into they smashed the back passenger door glass . they got the glass straightened out the window track installed new window even gave me a ride home and picked me up when done AWESOME SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLE

I brought my insurance claim to Brent based on location and Google reviews. A man backed into my car while parked and caused some body damage to my drivers door. Brent helped me with diagnosing the damage and found it to be more severe then the claim covered, and he was able to drive personally and pick up a brand new door for replacement for me. He also helped me with the rental I was in, since the repair took much longer then we had both expected. Brent was sincere and explained all the steps of the repairs to me and had my car ready and perfect! I cannot express how thankful I am for Brents help in my repair and would definitely recommend his service shop to anyone. He is a great man who runs his business with amazing morals and care! Thanks Brent!
