UPDATE: I was cleaning our coach and found several other damages that they did. Most significant is they actually replaced a floor tile in my master bath and never told us. It doesn’t match. Other damages are cabinet draw broken, coffee or some other fluid splattered all over the bedroom wall and rug (it’s not coming out of the rug), screws missing from roof access panel from inside and is just hanging and bedroom shades and light panels are not working (all panels were supposed to be fixed).I’m totally disgusted.
Our coach was hit and needed repair. This place was the only place with a bay large enough to do the repair. We also needed our windshield replaced because it was hit by a rock on our last drip. Dropped it off 10/2023. We advised the staff that we were going to be selling our coach and we wanted several things fixed. We decided that while the windshield was out, to replace the refrigerator. Our windshield shade was also not coming down all the way and needed repair. We also asked for a thorough inspection to be done. The inspection found several issues. After going over everything with them, we told them to fix everything except one item. We wanted it in perfect condition for potential buyers. Got a call in August saying it was ready for pick up. 45 min drive and we get there to find that none of the stuff on the inspection list was done. Our dash was damaged. They insisted it was damaged already. It was not. They basically called me a liar. It was damaged when the windshield was installed. We leave the coach there so they can do the repairs from the inspection and fix the dash. Get a call in September that it’s done. 45 min ride and dash is not repaired. The blinds that they “fixed” ….when you pressed the buttons, up was down, down was up, shades were blinds and blinds were shades. Upon further inspection we found the long piece that runs down the windshield protruding. So we leave yet again so the repairs that they repaired incorrectly and didn’t do, could be done. Get a call 10/2024 that it’s ready. By this time, they have now had our coach 1 yr. During one phone call with them they told us there was a lot of turnover and there was lack of communication between departments and our coach just sat for several months. Of course they later denied this. The dashboard repair is horrible as you can tell that it was repaired. I then find more damage when I get there from them bringing in the new dryer. Again, he tells me “that was there.” I felt that at this point, we lost the market to sell. Prices on rv’s took a dive and the emotional stress that they caused us was just horrible. I told them that any money we owed them should be removed, minus money paid for auto body repairs and money paid by our warranty. They refused. I was told that “95% of the people are not as picky as me!” Also that it was “not uncommon for them to have rv’s there for a yr or more!!” Please don’t bring your investment to these people. Our coach came out worse than it went in. A lot of other stuff transpired, but it’s just too much to put in a review. If you want more information, I will gladly share photos and other information. The GM, I believe his name is Jason has NO customer service skills at all. They may respond that I acted like a crazy person the last time we were there and he’s absolutely correct. When you mess with peoples investments and take no responsibility for it, you get what you deserve. I will post on every social media site, including every rv group that I belong to, to make sure nobody else goes through what we have been through. Please share. Ty

I take my motorhome in every October as I travel with it May-October. They do all the maintenance and fix whatever broke during my travels. I find their pricing to be fair (not the cheapest and not most expensive). They do good work and are very convenient by being in TGO. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't go here again if my life depended on it. I had a appointment the Josh made him self I bought my rv on the date he gave me. But when I arrived he tells me I was there on the wrong date. Instead of making thing right he decided to get in a argument with me using his power because his Dad Mike and mom was on vacation. Josh told me to leve and never come back. I did just that and spent over $10.000 elsewhere. It's a same because I was perry good friend with Mike over the years. But his son has always been a hot head and I know I'm not the only that knows this. I tryed reaching out to Mike and his wife though fb messager but never got a response. It's sad what Mike has built this kid with destroy it. If you read most of the negative post they alway respond with a negative answer it's never there fault it's always the customers fault. They get the business because of where they are located but I believe they would not last if they were located elsewhere. Josh is always a tough guy behind his desk I hope to one day run in to him in public and see if he will take to me the same way. After 10yr in special services I don't take getting yelled at by a punk kid with stupid tattoos.

Eagle's Pride RV Service recently performed a repair on our Class-C RV. On a recent trip one of our blind spot sensors went bad. Eagle's Pride ordered the part(s), installed them, and thoroughly tested the new parts operation. They went above and beyond to provide excellent communication throughout the process, cleaned up the area of the installation, did the work on time and at the agreed price. We will definitely be doing business again with Eagle's Pride RV Service and we highly recommend them.

We took our class A Fleetwood to Eagle’s Pride in Titusville, FL along with our Chevrolet Trailblazer. An annual oil change and health check was performed on our Fleetwood, BUT what we were most pleased was the service done with the installation of the Blue Ox System. Eagle’s Pride provided us with an overnight parking so they have ample time to show, demonstrate and provide training on the towing system.
Moses, a professional, knowledgeable technician, walked us steps by steps, focused on the safety, what’s to and what’s not with the toad and the set ups. We are grateful for this kind man, and his wisdom. I know from video-taping him and my husband during the entire process, THAT MOSES IS PROUD OF HIS WORK!!
Thank you Eagle’s Pride, thank you Moses and the entire group of men and women working at this family owned business.
If you are in Florida or nearby, check out this business, you won’t be disappointed.

I went there to have a hydraulic line on my leveling system fixed. Estimate was over $5,000.00. Another shop 30 miles up 95 did it for $1157.00. Luckily I am smart enough to know when I am getting robbed.
I had some scratches on my RV. Your estimate was $15K. Same shop gave me an estimate for $4k. And he painted scratches on a second RV within the same $4k estimate.
Your Repair shop is situated in the middle of an RV campground full of senior citizens . SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THESE SENIORS. Your ROBBING PEOPLE who don't know enough to go some where else.
Remember God is always looking.

I had my annual & 30K Spartan service done and it was done well. They beat their estimate and got it done In the time estimated. I had an hydraulic oil leak that they thought they had fixed but found it was still leaking. I took it back and they honored the repair and did fix it with no charge. I am very pleased with their work and their business ethics and will return for any service while I am in Florida.
