I brought my 2021 Tiffin motorhome in for repairs on 11/02/2023. The work was done in a timely manner and done to my satisfaction. It was an insurance claim. While there I spoke Justin Thibeau a problem with the medicine cabinet slide in the rear bathroom. I told him that it opens while driving. I also stated to him that i had a scratch on my slideout on the drivers side. He gave me an estimate of $350.00 to fix the scratch. When i went to pick my coach up the scratch had not been repaired. Justin stated he fixed another scratch and we agreed he would fix the original for the original of $350.00 which i had already paid. I told him the bathroom slide had not been fixed. He stated that he had put new slides in from the factory and would it be ok to just add some type of locking device to which i agreed.Went back to pick up my coach on Saturday Nov.18th when i checked the slideout scratch it was just buffed out not fixed the rear cabinet was also not fixed. As it was Saturday they were closed so i called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Justin who stated that this is what i agreed to which was a lie. I went to the office and confronted Justin to his face and asked him if I asked if both problems could be done for $350.00 to which he said yes. Justin said no he never said that so at that point i called him a liar to his face. His only reply was thank you.I cannot believe that a company would be so dishonest. I would recommend that anyone doing business with Eagle's Pride not to take there spoken word as it would be coming from very dishonorable people.Paul Stuart

This place used to have good service and now the way they treat their customers and faulty repair work. They agree to do a service and repair damage to a side wall that were supposed to do originally. The repair a Mark completely different for $350 and then agree to fix the right one for no additional charge. Well their "repair" works is the crappies I've seen and then they call us liars and jump up as if to intimate the consumer?? Really??? Now we have an unrepared RV and a group of liars at this place. Stay far far far away from them! Horrible business

If you hate the hustle, the hard-sell sales push, used-car salesman approach, then you are in for a treat and then some here. Take your time. Talk things over. Ask questions. Take as much time as you need to look over your choice. These used RVs are sold on consignment here by a low-key, super friendly and very knowledgeable owner, and his twin brother is the other owner. They aim to please, and they sure pleased us when we bought our beautiful RV there! Josh is so nice and never pushy. His wife will take care of your tag and title. This is a family business and they don’t turn you over to some former used car salesman. This small, off the beaten path place just off I95 in Titusville will save you hours and money, and you will love the ease of the process!

Well let's just say they did over 1k of unauthorized repairs . I informed them of the Florida state laws and they didn't seem to care much they told us they can't discount anything cause the manager wasn't there which was the cashiers husband mind you ... we talked to the tech he admitted to being understaffed and thats not usually how they work ... the story is actually much longer and more in depth . Anyone who wants details and receipts pls feel free to respond. Will update as we are still waiting for the manager to get back to us ... not to mention all the electrical still isn't even working as they said it would .. I tell ya you can't get good honest mechanic shops anymore. These folks are under violation of several Florida state statues..

Ive had my Keystone Alpine in 2 times for a water leak and neither time have they been able to fix the leak even though I showed them a video of it leaking. They claim they couldnt find the leak while they had it. Also I asked them to figure out why my water heater wont work on electric after I replaced the element. They did fix that by replacing a relay and putting a new element in after I told them I had just replaced it. They claimed it was cross threaded and leaking hence the replacement which is a load of crap. The manager who I spoke to is condescending and rude I will never come back there for service again. Terrible service and highly overpriced for the quality of work! I hope the owner reads these reviews because it's not a good look for his business.

Dealt with Eagle's Pride RV Service on a few older Motorhomes that we owned and most recently with a new unit that is under warranty and needed some major (floor), and some minor, (roof, door latch, wiring, etc.) work done. Can't say enough about the relaxed, professional, and experienced staff and the workmanship that followed was top notch. Great work ethic from this group.

Eagle’s Pride is the best place to have work performed on your motorhome. We travel here every year from Massachusetts to see them. The owner, Justin, is extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. This is the only place I really trust to work on my motorhome. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch!!!

I stopped by the service and parts center. Stephen was so helpful and patient. They had what we needed in stock along with installation advice. What a refreshing change from other local chain stores in the area.

I've used Eagle's Pride several times. That's due to the backlog at other repair shops. They've done the last repair for me. I had a wiper arm break. I took the passenger arm off and replaced the drivers side. Eagles Pride ordered two new arms for me then called to have them installed. It took me 10 minutes to switch the arms on the side of the road. They charged me $310 for labor, the price of parts for the two arms, two new wiper blades and two hex nuts. They then charged another $50 for other miscellaneous items. My bill ended up $1100 for a 15 minute job. What a rip off!
