I transferred 2 prescriptions to CVS on Cheney hwy on Thurs. Clerk said it would take 2 days. I called Mon. to see if they were ready and could not speak to a person just got transferred to voice mail over and over. What kind of pharmacy does not answer their phone? CVS are you listening? Hire people who will answer the phone!

incompetent and non sense i went to pick syringe for my husband b12 injection and they told me he has to pick up it himself or call they think people don’t have nothing else to do i will change the pharmacy is their lost big stupidity

The new pharmacist chose not to use the stores intercom system, and instead YELLED at us customers (who'd been standing in a long line - that the system was down and she had no idea when it would come back up. She is RUDE. Perhaps as a "professional" she could learn to use the INTERCOM system...along with add - apologies for the INCONVENIENCE, our system is down and we've no idea when it will be back up. As opposed to SHOUTING what she referred to as "making an announcement." Her display, after we had all been standing in line for twenty minutes, was the epitome of rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. CVS HQ - next time you send a Rep to this store - have a sit down with the female pharmacist and refresh her memory, or teach her, manners and professionalism. After all - there are competitor pharmacy stores nearby.

awful pharmacy, they never seem to be able to help, they dont attempt any coupons or savings cards for patients, theres always some type of problem.i used angels pharmacy on US 1, they deliver to you and are so nice, my copay for my RX went from $1011 to $0 because they actually try and help you using different avenues. good bye cvs!

The only reason I gave this pharmacy two stars and not one is because sometimes the employees are nice. Beyond that, this has to be the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my five decades of life. They get things mixed up, they forget or misplace paperwork, they give you the wrong amount of meds, they refuse to take coupons or GoodRx if they are busy, they completely forget to fill prescriptions, believe me, I've seen it all with this pharmacy. The only reason we are with them is because it's either them or Walgreens with our insurance and Walgreens would be the only pharmacy I could say that would be worse. I may just disregard the insurance altogether and use GoodRx exclusively and just go to Publix.

Came by Sunday at noon to get my prescription and the doors are locked, and the phone is not being answered. No sign or anything. Went yesterday had to walk isles to find someone to check me out. Had signs buy one get one on wrong items. Also trying to get the pharmacy to answer the phone? A joke. I’ve sat and watched them watch it ring and ring and ring for my spouse who was on hold 35 minutes to the point I drove up there and got it before they picked up the line.

I agree that the staff here are the rudest AND condescending!! I stopped using several years ago when the pharmacist refused to refill a seizure medication at 835p because he wanted to close. Tried them again yesterday and they were still rude and condescending. I drive 12 miles farther at 5bucks a gallon to get better service. Will never use CVS again.

These people are so rue. How long does some one have to be on hold, 55 minutes and still no response. If the pharmacy that busy hire more people. Don't keep upsetting customers.
