Cvs will not pick up the phone to talk to you. You must leave voicemail mail and pray they decide to call you back. The voice system makes you reap your many times. It is very annoying and not friendly

I have pneumonia and fever and I went to pick up some prescribe medicine and the Pharmacist worker "DANIEL" didn't gave the medd, he didn't even wanted to check mi name, and after I beg him to see my name from my ID, he found it on the system and just said wait 45 minutes and didn't even look at me. There was customers and the place was about to close. Finally after waiting, they gave me my beds. He was very rude. Terrible service! HE SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS JOB POSITION!

Expect to be in like for an hour only for them to not give you the correct price and make you wait another 30 min because there’s only one person capable of checking customers out

I highly don't recommend going to the CVS Pharmacy on Barna and 50. The pharmacy tech at the drive thru has an inability to effectively communicate or comprehend. You will be severely punished for this by long waits, multiple instructions to follow, treated like a drug seeker, and then questions answered like a confused dementia patient when you are just trying to get your perscription. I was not even provided OTC options, and they could not tell me when the perscription would be available... The Pharmacist suggested I go back to the Doctor or call other pharmacies to check their inventory when I was just told on January 1st that a CVS in Oviedo would have had the quantity I needed, but today they are unable to lookup quantities at other locations and transfer the perscription?
They cause the confusion and then gaslight when they don't have clear answers. Some professionalism and effective communication would go a long way!
At least the cashier knew how to treat someone humanely.

If I could give less than I would. I had a prescription sent to them and I asked them to transfer it to a different location. They had the time to fill it but not the time to transfer it. Horrible customer service. Completely passive aggressive. Had the other pharmacy to call over and they refused to give the verbal info but had the time to sit on the phone with me and give me every excuse under the sun. Medication was really needed.

I am so tired of going to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and then say I don't have it, this happens all the time. They don't keep anything in stock.I need to use a syringe to take part of my medicine. And the last time I refilled my script, they didn't have any so I could not get any. Then I go back in 3 to 4 weeks later, and they still do not have any told me to go somewhere else to get some when you can't get any without a prescription that uses them. So how am I supposed to get any from anybody else disappointed? And I can't wait to take my prescriptions away from there and never use them again now,

Snippy & unprofessional… lots of attitude! I found GoodRx coupon & was told my Rx was being changed … I then asked what was being changed? It was the RECEIPT only NOT prescription… other guy argued with me,,, really? Mention it right to customers not incorrectly because you’ve always said it wrong… go to Walmart

I live very close to this CVS unfortunately the pharmacy this year has been full of extremely rude and unhappy personalities. I have 2 children on medications that they need daily. This cvs is NEVER has this medication nor are they willing to be helpful and try ordering or give any hope for the future. CVS on garden street is very out of my way but worth the drive. They are smiling and if they don’t have it in stock they work as a team and usually have the prescriptions within 24/48 hours. I will not waste my time on this CVS again. Everytime I leave I leave feeling defeated.

There is nothing worse then losing a loved one and keep getting text message that there prescription is ready and you can't get a hold of a person to make it stop. Another stupid auto acted system doesn't recognize the phone number but your receiving there text. Nothing but problems with CVS I wish my employer would drop them as a provider because we have no choice but to use them.

I transferred 2 prescriptions to CVS on Cheney hwy on Thurs. Clerk said it would take 2 days. I called Mon. to see if they were ready and could not speak to a person just got transferred to voice mail over and over. What kind of pharmacy does not answer their phone? CVS are you listening? Hire people who will answer the phone!
