The automated system is the dumbest thing ever created. What happened to a good old fashioned hello. It doesn’t matter what buttons you push or how much you yell at the phone, no one answers or connects you to a human. I have been in ever cvs in the us they are NEVER too busy to answer the phone. Good Lord. :(

They do not know how to process Veterans prescriptions paid for by the VA. Yet they are the premier outside prescription provider.
Please do not try to provide them the necessary info because they push you to the side so they can wait on other people behind you no matter how ill you are, how long you have already stood in line, or whether you actually have the info written down ready to hand them, are on a cane, walker, crutches, or or can barely stand up.
This is written after having to pay out of pocket for 7 of my own prescriptions, and many more for family because the staff would not take the time to serve me, or my husband, or my father, or my father in law, or my brother, or my sister in law, or my brother in law, etc.

Automated machine sucks. Takes too long to get to a person now answering machine to wait for a callback from a store that takes days to fill a script. Corporate is so cheap they cut hours to save money but doesn't care about customers. For it takes days to fill a script. If you need something from the Garden st store call a week before your script is out for it takes that long to have a refill filled. If doc sends in new meds wait at store. But you may loose an hour or 2 before script is filled. Better than waiting a day or 2 for it.

This particular CVS is a good location with a friendly staff and an overall inviting atmosphere. O was just here for a few items, but I was in and out and it was service with a smile.

If I could give it no stars I would. I also sent an online complaint to corporate about the discrimination practices this pharmacy is using in here. They only fill their customers Rx. If you are a random person with an Rx and happen to be in this area, keep on trucking. Even though we have used CVS pharmacy in the past and have an extra care card or so they could careless. I will give props to the manager who did try to help us out. You have an Indian pharmacist back there who is just down right rude and nasty. A few days ago another pharmacist said to come back Saturday. We come back Saturday, this champion says they only fill their customers prescriptions and proceeded to say it was out to come back Monday. As veterans, we expect certain things out of the VA but this is outrageous. I would never go back in here again for anything!!

If I could leave lower I would- I have Been waiting on an rx sent 2 days ago. Then called in by the provider - they are just now processing the script! I was There yesterday- the man was rude and hung up the drive-thru phone before I could Finish asking questions and walked off- the lady today put me on hold and never returned.This is a repeated issue with this pharmacy- they don’t check their messages or fill scripts in a timely fashion.
