I recently visited Cumberland Farm Store (9792) and was thoroughly impressed! The customer service was top-notch - friendly, helpful, and attentive staff made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.
The store itself was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Management clearly prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Kudos to the team at Cumberland Farm Store!

Im the cashier who had to ask her to leave. Her version of events are not accurate, and could be disproven by the video that would have been available. I will not discount every inaccuracy, but it should be known that customer did cut in line and was called out by another couple. I actually blame my co- worker who came to assist me for not speaking up and causing things to escalate. But he was just trying to be polite and meant no harm obviously. I do feel the other couple was out of line also, but the main problem that we had, was that when reviewer finished her transaction, she walked over to the couple and got in their face and things got extremely heated. Me and my co-worker were freaked out because it seemed like it was about to get violent. I did have to try to de-escalate the situation and that included politely but sternly asking the customer to leave since she was done and others were still waiting. I also warned the other couple they would have to leave if things continued. Im also a customer here and i think this is a good store. We have a lot of happy customers who come everyday and we are extremely busy.

I went to pay for food and gas, I waited in line with one cashier inside. I refuse to go outside with food in hand. A call for another cashier came and he showed, one guy moved over. I waited and no one else moved over, so to prevent me walking outside I went into the other line. I had many people in the other side call me names, cuss me out, make snide remarks and fingered at. Not one person, again not one person moved over. I am a 60 year old women with major back problems needing surgery and was treated with such disrespect and might I say discrimination. I responded by saying did you move over no, they said don’t excuse what you did. Again Did you mover no you did not. The cashier told me you have been served leave. I will never ever forget how badly I was treated and gained up on. I will Never forget how the cashier said leave you’ve been served Never.

The unchangeable temperature of water in the women's restroom is scalding hot, and this is unacceptable! How am I supposed to wash my toddler's hands?!
Update: I was told management has been told about this issue many times, but that after a couple minutes, the temperature regulates, so there is no reason for them to fix it. So... we are supposed to burn our hands long enough to keep the automatic sink going so we can have a reasonable temperature? Really? Are you trying to end up with a lawsuit for knowingly burning people?
Also, to address the response to my review to call their 1800 number to "make this right"... the only thing I want is for you to fix your sink and stop burning people... I shouldn't have to call a 1800 number for you to do that.

Food was good gas was great but a heavy set man with a gotee, who works there kept making passes at me. I dont feel comfortable going back into this cumberland farms.

I stop in a lot for gas. It's always inviting, the staff is friendly, there's a wide selection of snacks and drinks to choose from. And it's always clean. If you're traveling and need something quick for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they have nice salads and sandwiches prepared to grab and go. Or looking for something warm, take advantage of their prepared pizza, hot dog, and other warmed selection of your choice.
