Cody was such a huge help trying to help me purchase a new phone. He would have sold me a phone if there was an iPhone 15 Pro. He took over an hour trying to help me. Also, helping another gentleman during this time.

This is crazy my phone won't stay charged came to store in Titusville next door to metro says open but not open no one there feel like after ten years I might need to change carriers metro employees are there if it says opens at ten be open I use my phone for work don't wanna drive another ten miles to another one because no one will open store yes I'm hot this is not fair when I need a phone .....

I went there last week, a woman named Britney helped me get my phone setup pretty quickly...and when I ran into some confusion with the new phone a little while after leaving I was told to come back and was assisted in figuring out the issue in a patient and professional manner.
