I've had to use the services of classic collision on multiple occasions. The staff is always extremely helpful and seem to have competitive pricing. The office staff treats me like family and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They have a good reputation for quality work but are highly overpriced. Their pricing would have caused a total loss on a fender scrap on my truck. I'm glad I got a second opinion. The photos are of the damage. The price was over $6000.00. Crazy expensive.

Love Carrie, Amanda, and now the new Miss Nancy! The entire staff is over the top. Every tech and body man has been very helpful and friendly. I have dealt we them on four different events. Their work is always spot on. Carrie is great about keeping you in the loop every step of the way. Has gotten to the point that I just stop by sometimes to say "Howdy". This shop also meets the "PPSI"--(Peppa Pig Standard Index)! Thanks again.

I had an estimate done by Gene. I could not ask for better service. My Expedition did not have major damage at all so this was not a big job or a big money maker for them. They were great about getting me in the shop, great about the communication regarding the status of my repairs and great about the QUALITY of the work and the service.I am very picky about my truck and they did a great job with some damage I would have seen every day. Cali and Gene are the two I remember but the whole staff was friendly and the shop was so clean and organized. I recommend using this store if you need your vehicle fixed. Good job.

I picked my car up from here a couple weeks ago but have been waiting to write a review to see if they would do the right thing but obviously that is not going to happen. Apparently the LED strip I had for my tag lights were "broken" which is odd because I was not even hit in that specific area so they just threw them away and did not bother to mention that I had absolutely NO lights on my tag. I did not notice till 3 days later which I'm lucky I did not get pulled over! When I went back up there for the 3rd time because there were other issues but too much to type, they put a bulb in the 1 tag light I had and just told me to have a nice day so only half of my tag is lit up now. I was soo tired of dealing with them i just left. These places do not want to spend any labor on cars that the insurance is paying the bill for because the insurance company only pays about half of the cost of labor per hour compared to if you were paying out of pocket. Don't just trust your insurance company to send you to a good place, do your research and pick your own shop! The women in the front office were the ONLY pleasant experience I had at this place.Services: Body & Trim

My car was in a front end collision down in Indian Harbour beach, and originally the classic collision down there took amazing care of me and my car. They texted or called me regularly with updates, and got my car all fixed up as soon as possible even with a shortage of parts and long shipping time. I'd say the Indian Harbour beach location had my car for maybe 2 weeks from the day of the accident, until I came to pick the car up. It looked amazing, was fixed perfectly, and I was so happy. Ended up having a very small leak in the plastic tank on the side of my radiator which over time got worse and turned into a real leak that caused my car to need me to refill the coolant. I work at an auto shop, so I was able to top off my coolant but that was just to get it to my parents house where I could safely leave it until getting it to the Titusville location, where I live. Set up an appointment that was 3 weeks out and when I dropped the car off, it was very early in the morning. Called them around 1pm to check on it because I hadn't heard anything and it was just having the radiator replaced which is about a 4 hour job on my car. By 1pm, they had to hang up and call me back with an update. They said the tech has my car in the shop. So then, I call around 5 so only an hour before they close, and they tell me the tech needs a pressure testing kit for the coolant system that apparently he didn't have (which as a mechanic myself, I know those can be rented from parts stores with interchangeable fitted pieces to fit most vehicles and mine is a Chevy so it's not some crazy specific tool). So they kept my car all day and didn't do literally anything on it. The next day, they also never called me with updates so I had to call them multiple times to know if the 4 hour radiator job would be done on my car that day. By mid day, had no update on if it would be done that day either. Called them at 4 and of course they told me that it wasn't going to be done that day. Next day my car was finally completed, so 3 days now they've had my car for a 4 hour radiator replacement. So I get my car, and it's early January so I didn't need to use my AC that week. The following week, it's super hot and I try to use my AC and it's blowing hot air. Call them immediately and ask when I can bring it in. Bring it back to the Titusville location to see what's wrong with my AC and they're kinda shady about giving me info about what exactly is the cause of my AC not working. So they put me off multiple times about repairing it, I get curious and have my car pulled in at the shop where I work and we test my AC system to find leaks. Sure enough, an AC line that runs over the radiator had a slice in it. Looked like maybe a razor blade, or exact-o knife or something like that. They tell me that "if our tech did this, he would have admitted it and we would have told you" which is total BS because the cut was very easy to see, and that line had to be removed and moved out of the way for the radiator replacement. Not sure what happened exactly, but they said since it happened while doing an insurance claim repair, they had to go through my insurance? Doesn't make much sense to go through my insurance when it was their fault, and being that I've done insurance claim auto repairs I kinda know how it works when you in your shop cause damage to a customer vehicle. Shops have insurance for this kinda situation so it didn't seem right to go through mine. I forget the manager at the time's name, but he demeans me and tells me "well have you worked at a body shop? If not, you don't know how this works" and I even had one of the other technicians at my shop talk to him and over and over he just tells us we don't understand, this is how it works even if it's their fault, and is just extremely rude. I will admit, when he told me they were going through my insurance, I told him I'm tired of them jerking me around and taking advantage of me being understan

Brought my truck in to get a scratch replaced on the bumper. After two new bumpers they shop still can’t align the bumper correctly. Told me I’m being hypersensitive to the issue and that there nothing else they can do. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see there’s still an issue. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go to this place. Bunch of hacks. #geico stop sending your customer’s to them.Service: Body & Trim
