We rented from Cocoa on SR-520 due to an accident 1 block away from this store. Stay away from this location. The first vehicle we looked at smelled like weed so badly thay they opened all the doors to let it air out and after 30 minutes the smell was still bad. We then asked for a truck. Truck was filthy inside and out and had no gas. The 2 people working there had no personality. We turned truck back into Enterprise in Titusville and the customer service was amazing. Melissa couldn't help us enough. The turn in was so easy and quick. The difference in both stores guarantees us using Titusville office from now on.”

“I had a pleasant experience at this Avis location. I recommend that you book your rental in advance through the Avis app or website. Have your credit card info already on your reservation. It will make the process much more seamless. Even if you have Avis Preferred, you will still have to go to the counter for pickup and drop off since this is not a larger location like the airport. The car was clean when I received it but it was out of wiper fluid. All of the customer service I received from the staff was very pleasant and returning the car was swift.

Make sure you fill up the gas tank before returning the car because they will charge $10 per gallon. It is a convenience for the next customer since they do not have a lot of staff here. Also if you are going to return the car later then specified, be sure to call and let them know”
