This is the worst gas station I have ever seen. I have never encountered a dirtier restroom. It’s an absolute disgrace. I never thought a station from this chain could be this filthy.

Bathroom was disgusting and filthy; it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The soap dispenser only had the housing left so no soap, the sink is brown with dirt, the air dryer doesnt even have a button and you can see the inner workings and the toilet seat was covered in feces and dried piss not to mention the trash and broken glass or plastic near the toilet. I only used this bathroom because it was an absolute emergency but in all honesty it would have been more santitary to get some toilet paper and pee in the bushes. The smell was also suffocating and it made me gag and nearly had me in tears

This is the grossest bathroom I have ever seen. The sink is black from dirt. There are piles of toilet paper on the floor and under the sink. The hand dryer is broken. The door is black with dirt.

We used to come here often but after getting expired products and bringing it to the clerks attention he stated he knew that the owners won’t let him throw that stuff away. We quickly stopped coming here as much as we don’t want to grab anything expired. I’d definitely recommend checking everything you buy.

I come here when I'm in Titusville. I live in PSJ. This morning I came got gas but I noticed there was a cat standing in front of the door. I saw on the side there were cat food cans, food bowl and blanket. The guy inside was very nice but I love the fact that they care enough to help this kitty. ❤️ Thank you to the owner and they guy this morning. So sweet of you!

Great people. Always has the products I want. But man it smells absolutely awful inside. Like Pickles and old socks. I'm impressed at how consistent it is, it's been that way for at least a year

Store is always clean, as well as the bathroom. They have some arcade machines in the store. Gas prices are typically the same as most Gas stations off of i95 and not trying to price gouge you.

I live 4 MI from this gas station but I purposely drive past several other gas stations just to come to this one because of the clerk that is working in your majority of the time the guy who's got an awesome attitude and is always playing really good music on the speakers I have an excellent experience every time I come here and it's because of that worker and the vibe that is created when he is working

No paper towels at pumps , taxing for credit cards when gas already 10 % higher then every other gas station around. At least give us some paper towels

I stopped here this evening while headed to Jax from coco beach. I had a visa gift card. I was going to spend what was left on the gift card and pay cash for the difference. I tell the clerk that's what I plan to do and swipe the card. The balance doesn't reduce on the main screen so I think no money has been taken off the card. The clerk tells me that no it didn't work. So I pay cash. I get home and the gift card is now at a zero balance. 27 dollars and change gone. I call the visa line and get last transaction and guess who?? BP in the amount of 27 dollars and change. Now was his drawer 27 dollars over? Or did he pocket the cash? How do I get my money back? This was obviously not an honest mistake ::::
UPDATE - I called the owner. He acknowledged that he charged 27.20 to my visa gift card and that I also paid the 29.43 in cash which was my full amount due. Said he would refund to my card. A week goes by and I call him back. He tells me that he didn't know what to tell me. So I call BP customer relations and explain. Then he refunds 13.10 to my card. When you acknowledge that I paid in full in cash and that you also charged my card an additional 27 dollars how do you then return 13 dollars of my money to me? If I stole 27 from the gas station and gave them back 13 I'm stealing from them and I bet they call the police and I bet the police can arrest me at that point if they choose to do so. Why does this not apply when the business steals from the customer???? I don't like what the world has come to. We lack common courtesy,. Honesty, decency and tuffness and our grandfathers put us to Shame.
